I see ads showing but earnings are not growing...

same with me, i am only seeing advertise on our network ads most of the time and not earning from them. It seems, blockadz doesn't have enough advertisers to full fill 100% of traffic.

Running faucet is not actually profitable this days and also with lots of bots acting on faucetbox scripted faucets almost all faucet owner end up lossing hundreds of dollar in bitcoin. I have also tried running one but not getting paid from ad networks.

I don't know for sure after that date because I just haven't reached the minimum withdraw limit again yet but when I look in this thread I can't see people complaining that they would not have been paid so I think they are still paying.

BIG CHANGES AT BLOCKADZ - IMPORTANT

Ok there's some big changes coming to Blockadz. The first of which is today.

The idea with blockadz is that it is open invite, and less strict on rules and that the market can just decide the price.. but in reality, there are some insane people abusing Blockadz to the point of complete failure.

Our price right now is $0.03 / 1000 banner impressions , and even if we give a discount to $0.02, which is basically a price we lose money at, even then our biggest buyers don't get ANY result and don't rebuy. The site has so much potential but the sheer amount of abuse - we're talking mass amounts of fake impressions, robot traffic, faking clicks too - is just killing the network.

So today's changes:

1. We have REMOVED 200x200 and 160x600 sized adspots - these are lesser popular spots anyway. And we are hoping that by having only 3x sizes we have a smaller network and easier to raise the quality of.

* So please remove these ad-sizes from your site, they won't be filled anymore.

2. Along with this ^ because we have only 3x sizes, our new rule is that you can only list 3x ads per page (this was previously 5x) - again, this is something that just gets abused - publishers placing 5x or more ads and just burning impressions to the point that NO BUYERS get ANY result at all.

3. A further rule off rule 2, you can list 3x ads per site, but only 1x of each size. So you can NOT display 3x 468x60 sized ads but you CAN display 1x 468x60, 1x 300x250 and 1x 7289x90.

4. Also we are being BRUTAL with banning publishers - We have several ways of measuring quality of impressions, we have already banned quite a lot of people but now we will be even stricter. If you know you are abusing the rules you might as well just take our ads off now. However, if you place just 3x ads and don't source 100s of 1000s of fake clicks or fake your stats then you will be ok.

Despite all of this abuse we still pay out around 0.3 - 0.6btc per week, and we know that if we can ban dishonest publishers and focus on quality, we can improve the earnings on the network and get buyers re-buying. We KNOW this as we also own www.coinad.com - which is the same platform and coding and style, but it is PRIVATE/INVITE only - and we have happy advertising buyers who want more volume, but just not the junk traffic currently on Blockadz.. we want to keep blockadz open and improve it but we just need to be stricter on the rules.

It's a good platform but the mininum purchase amount is quite high and the earnings are low. The changes make the earnings better. If you decrease the mininum purchase, I would use the service more and not using alternatives.

I thought before that blockads are scam.. i heard before that reporting that block ads is not a goods site they are not paying for their publishers..

Yeah, it's just almost the same, the difference is the other one is PRIVATE/INVITE and the other one is OPEN, and since it is almost the same, why not merge the two? Then just established a VIP accounts for private invites. Anyway, it's just my opinion.

The earnings are low because of the above reasons, sorry I think the minimum purchase is staying, the btc fees we pay on lower value purchases erase any profit too.

We are impressions - paying per click would just make it more attractive to cheaters and fraud.

You won't be able to login. If you have a real website/business and you are not buying junk traffic and faking stats then you'll be fine.

No merge with CoinAd is planned - CoinAd works well, is profitable and has quality traffic, Blockadz is not working at all and full of fraud, there's no way we can risk combining.

Also not lowering the payout threshold - again we are more open to fraud, have to find it sooner, and also the transaction fees will be more, and even you will pay more fees when respending the smaller amounts we send you.
