If I am correct lightning network integration wont be released with 1.0.0 version, right?

No yet, the feature implemented in this release will be the voting through blockchain on mainnet.  
That's the basis of everything.
Along with v1.0 release, the first vote on the mainnet will be made to see if the community wants the lightning network to be the first feature to be implemented or if prefers to prioritize the others.
