Since your loan amount is so small, just ask your friends or family.  Asking for a no-interest loan based on it being the holidays is an asshole thing to do anyway.  People have their own loved ones to buy for without having to worry about some schmuck on the internet running away with their money.

You can't even ask your family for 11 bucks? I understand that some people can be antisocial, but I'd think you could count on them to get you $11. Plus, just ask them to give you your "allowance" today instead of on the 26th.

$11 seems to be a little out of the way. Especially without collateral, I really suggest just waiting for your allowance. No collateral = No loan is the general rule unless trust or established.
