do you edited some part of the index.php? if yes, try to put the original and try again
can you claim from salmen faucet example? http://salmen.website/Faucet/
try to claim on mine too, I'm using the same script http://www.bitcoinamerica.com.br

If you can claim in others sites and can't claim on your, the problem is on your faucet, like.. hum.. linking verify.php from other page?
if you can't claim on others sites, it's other problem

I'm using this script for a long time, however I changed some things recently, like PHP version, deleted the database and uploaded again the sql.sql.. and yeah, I maybe I uploaded some old file(with ref problem, thx for warning me) however I have no ideia why the script is generating various ID's..

1 - Few days, I was using the faucet on example.com/faucet, and I put on example.com (don't remember if it was happening before)
2 - Since I changed the host PHP version to 5.6 (maybe)
3 - I think I uploaded some old files, now I uploaded the good ones(from github), need I erase and upload the sql.sql again after that?
4 - It's not all address, for example, my address always is the ID -1- but this guy -> 1HbxefHXZQUKTmMjRxxCcmNKAa5hwDTmWt got a new ID everytime (don't know who is him, if it's a bot or what, because he got a lot of entries but zero balance and just 2 withdraws on faucetbox)

You need a Faucetbox.com account and adjust in the faucet settings the key.

Yes, the limition on this API is 500 requests per day. For a large faucet is this not good. However, there are custom plans avaible.
