After Bad start lossing 3 wickets , bankcroft and ac agar partnership made a good score ,  Perth scored 175/5 after loosing wickets it was like that if they score more than 140+ itself is good but late hitting made a good score, Now Thunder have to show the batting with out Mike Hussey, will they be able to chase. let us see in second innings.

Sydney Thunder has lost just its 9th wicket and there are 2 balls remaining and 37 runs to win. This is one of the poorer performance by Sydney Thunder.Perth played very good by having good control over the game in all fields.

Like what i said the late hitting gave a good score to perth and the bowlers done a good job and won the match for them, and as i told today the sequence will change who wins the toss will lose the game and it went like that same.  perth won the match and now they will be in top position in the table.

Big Bash League, 23rd Match: Brisbane Heat v Adelaide Strikers at Brisbane, Jan 8, 2016

Brisbane Heat played 5 matches won 1 and lost 4 Last position in the table

Adelaide Strikers played 5 matches won 4 and lost 1 second position in the table

Last game of Heat played well , so that will give some boost to their players they have to win almost everygame if they want to win this tournament.

Yesterday as said who won toss lost so the trend changed let us see today same trend follow or any change . Toss will be important.

Yes, Heat team is not doing that great in this series. Toss may be important for longer term games but in short format games toss may not be that important because pitches may not turn so much in 40 overs. There might be some slight changes.

Not like that Toss are important in short format also because some Pitches are batting in starting Like some teams are strong in batting but weak in bowling so if they won the toss they will take batting and put high score on board so that will give more chances of winning game if they bowl sensibly and defend it.

Like yesterday Perth late hitting gave them high score which they defended it very good, in between some players played well but they were not able to give the finishing touch and lost it.

I do agree on what you explained above but you need to know that chasing is always a tough task if score is already big. Whether team is strong or not mostly they will fail and only some times they will success in chasing big scores. For that we can't blame pitches.

In test and 50 over matches yes, it got a lot of influence and also in day night matches.

But in today's match Brisbane Heat are doing well they have scored 111 in 13 overs for the loss of 3 wickets. J Peirson scored half century as a opener. If they score more than 180 runs then there are more chances for them today. Another 70 runs from last 7 overs is highly possible for them.

ya same Brisbane Heat Scored 175 in 20 overs , the score is good but in this pitch high scores are chasable and last time same strikers have chased this high score , it will be important if heat takes wicket in PP overs

175 runs is a good fighting total but i think Adelaide Strikers can chase this as it has good team combination and all players are playing so nice for it, if Brisbane Heat want to win this match it has play more better and their bowlers have to take some quick wickets to take Strikers under pressure.

It seems Brisbane Heat is into good position to win this match and it depends on first 10 overs how they will succeed to stop Adelaide Strikers to make score runs there i think this match will be entertaining.

Adelaide Strikers is on fire that is brilliant start i got it at nice odds and it looking they succeed to get score over 100 runs into 10 overs than it will be more strong position to beat Brisbane Heat.

Adelaid Strikers are 144/1 in 15.3 overs and it is clear that they are winner, this stadium record is kept same , high score and that too chasable, before also strikers batted second and chased high score in this BBL.

congrats on winning the bet on strikers.

I am also to pick Adelaide Strikers at good odds and it showed great batting strength and won this match like one sided and easily without any serious trouble.

I am also impressed by Strikers for this nice performance it played wonderful cricket against Brisbane and won this match easily, opening batsmen build their inning and provide the good stand.

Yes another defeat for Brisbane Heat. But I guessed correctly and I have put my odds on Adelaide Strikers as the heat is not having a good series so far. I predicted based on this ground pitch also. Here all the time, the team which bats second can easily chased down any big total.
