Yes not everything requires escrow but when you are dealing with person without any good reputation its recommanded to use escrow

Anyway the spreadsheet only shows starting post count as of right now. Once I get time I'll update it.

One way or another, id urge you to update the OP with your spreadsheet. Some information is better than none, and it gives a sense of security. A newbie campaign manager isn't someone with the total trust of everyone they meet...
