There is something going on here:

already three campaigns has started and all 3 'advertising' same (fake) company called HumanResources.

1st campaign thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1302585.0
2nd campaign thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1302720.0
3rd campaign thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1305559.0

EDIT:
4rd campaign thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1305655.0

IMO -> HumanResources is a scammer. (Edit: even when I may be wrong it will comes out that I was right.)
What's your opinion?

The best way for them is firstly to put the funds in escrow to protect the participant, secondly they should create only one thread and then the managers can co-manage the campaign and take each of them separated duties and responsibilities etc. Even though HumanResources paid some hero members upfront it does not guarantee that will pay the others.

Scam: 1. a dishonest scheme; a fraud.
How exactly does HumanResources fall under that category?
Every contest/signature campaign has been paid for (Hero+ members upfront) & there have been no problems.
You make a new account and post this, why not just post it on your main one?

Scam: 1. a dishonest scheme; a fraud.
Don't exactly agree with OP but
1)Maintaining several campaigns, with some select few members being paid upfront
2) Advertising a site which has nearly nothing to do with BTC world and doesn't have any effect if given a negative rating here.
Just feels too shady IMHO.
Edit: And did I forget to mention, no use of escrow?

What's the point of advertising something if you are not going to pay? That will only give you bad reputation, I don't see many campaigns doing that because it's stupid unless they advertise ponzi schemes.

I haven't really noticed a whole lot of it yet, the spammiest campaign at this time seems to be the yobit campaign. Because they offer daily payouts it causes no end of stupid posts, I have reported some with little success.

IMO that company isn't fake, it just probably isn't legal. Their sig campaigns are for advertising that they are hiring people for their company, which is a darknet company so it probably isn't entirely legal. There appears to be no scam about it and they aren't even offering any services, they just want people to work for them.

The questionable part is why they need four different campaigns for this.

1st of all I wanna say you watch too much get rich or die tryin.

Now on to this human resources guy. I was offered the job to manage his campaign and I refused due to false advertisement. He advertised he was paying highest for any manager and ended up wanting to run a 60 user campaign and pay .1 for it. I declined the lowball offer and now hes allowing any tard on the forum to run a campaign.

Hes advertising dark web not human resources lol. I'm not sure yet if he's gonna scam since he seems to have paid every other contest hes ran but its fairly stupid to have so many campaigns and they're all tied together. Might be a good idea for the admins to limit him to 1 campaign period

Found this on their thread ,the title said "Hiring Experienced Signature campaign Managers"

We are sorry we won't be able to offer you a position managing our campaigns in the next few weeks.
You should try our campaign for posting on other forums and reddit:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1279581.0;all

I kind of don't understand your strategy. You hired a newbie to manage a campaign and declined a guy who is managing a very reputed campaign very smoothly ?I would like to know your "Eligibility Criteria" if you have any.

These criteria will not be made public today. We are not obliged to either provide this information to anyone or to hire anyone who believes they are qualified. Thanks.

The only thing I find shady about them is that their website is not completely developed and they aren't using escrow to manage their signature campaign. They pay upfront to only Hero/Legendary members but since they have a minimum post count of 25 and a weekly payment, it's not too risky to join their campaign as you lose max 25 posts (which is the only thing). They have paid me for their signature campaign but the signature they chose wasn't upto the mark (occupies complete spce of the signature box).

Can't term the website owner a scammer until it's proved. It's just that it appears too good to be true as they pay almost 0.0024 BTC per post which is the highest rate.

Is this about whether or not they are scamming? If so, this is the wrong section.

Is this about whether or not its ok to run 2 identical campaigns? One was discontinued and moved to a different thread (see section "archival"). If so, this is the correct section.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

This campaign really doesn't need two fixed payment schemes, agreed, but you can't simply jump to the conclusion that he's a scammer. He might just be trying out multiple managers, and finding out which one works the best for him.
You really can't say at this point in time.

I don't know why a lot of the newer sig campaigns are not deciding to use escrow. When you are starting out, it is much better to use an escrow, even if it is a free one. Then when you are trusted, payout yourself. They should have paid all members upfront as it looks kind of dodgy now.

They probably should delete one of their fixed rates first.... There's 2 active.

Really not a problem though.
