My first experience hasn't been stellar. I ordered a week ago and the coins still have not shipped and I was told that they probably won't for another week. They have my BTC so what is the issue?

Bummer that I missed the free shipping this weekend. Just had a full cart but I guess Ill wait till my last order shows up before I make another.

I ordered 5 Silver dollars this weekend thinking that I would get the free shipping, but the code must have been broken because it never would apply.
Not a huge deal though, the 2014 silver dollars were still a great price, so even with 2.95 shipping, I ended up paying just LESS than $100 for 5 of them.
Very happy with the purchase.

I bet if you contacted them about that they'd have no problem fixing you up with a refund for the shipping. They're great with customer service.

We would be happy to refund you for the shipping cost!
