When marketwatch is giving tips on how to avoid a 2008 crash, its because things are getting pretty fucked up.

http://www.marketwatch.com/story/how-to-avoid-another-2008-stock-crash-2013-06-24

Lol

The new 2008 has already started, except much worse - this time, treasuries aren't even safe!

Nice selloff in bitcoin today right along with everything else (except for the dollar, which should strengthen during a deflationary episode)...  Think wave e is over in btc -> but lucif has it broken below the triangle yet?

Wait, in what sense is Mt Gox associated with Liberty Reserve? The only relationship between the two is every time anyone in the media talks about Liberty Reserve they inexplicably have to bring up bitcoin at the same time.
AFAIK, MtGox accepted LR deposits many many years ago.

Will I get my $20-$30 Bitcoins after all. Been waiting a long time.

I've gone into litecoin as well recently as it was priced quite low at around $2.20 a few days ago.

I'm not so sure. A LOT of people are thinking the same thing, and the one market principle I believe in more than waves and psychology is the principle of maximum ruin. I'm not sure the mechanism, but the market will try to prevent that strategy from working, somehow.

In any event, if the triangle's upper line holds, then sometime in July we kiss trlple digits goodbye for a long, long time IMO.

I've searched on that principle of maximum ruin, but I didn't found a lot of information. Could you detail it more please?

Thanks!

Do you apply the same logic to the stock market?

Many comments on MarketWatch, Yahoo Finance and others are all about how the market is now finally crashing.
