Economic crisis....Bitcoin crash....the end of the world happens all the time! The more important thing is how they bounce back. I really hope BTC goes down to 100 dollars and that's when I'll mortgage my house.
Well if it will happen i will buy more bitcoin for the price of $100 i think i will buy more than $1000 and i will wait again for the price will increase back to 400 above.. But the fact is its hard to break even 300 below.. And i think bitcoin price will stay in $350 above.. |

Yup there wont be any big crash thats going to happen as people/community wont allow that to happen to bitcoin,bitcoin is run by the people and its for the people so if there a big crash that will happen in the future people/community will do a measure about that. |

No more crashes. If every price drop is considered a crash bitcoin has to overcome crashes regularly as we can see regular price fluctuations. When we talk about the foundation its true, we have a almost flawless technology compared to the other alternative coin's backing technology. |

A big crash could come, that is not directly caused by banks. But it is also the effect of the banks lending too much to oil industry. |

Yes I think it will happen in the future. But we never know when it will happen and that is the problem.
But the halving is also coming and that is pretty good. We all hope that the price will rise and that we can sell it for a high price.

Who knows your wishes can become truth.. I don't believe this economic crash can launch BTC to moon, economic crisis will influence every segment of our lives. Many people will stay without jobs and homes, this will be major crisis of society. In this environment only precious metal such as gold and silver will become holders of trade and value. I don't have a clue how this will influence bitcoin but probably will be no moon, bitcoin is bounded with electricity and internet this must be taken in consideration! |

We all hope that it will come but you never know what will happen.
But that is very hard to predict for what is going to happen later.
I am not waiting for any crashes as I make sure I buy at the lower price levels before the price goes up again. Those who didn't manage to buy at the lower levels are hoping for crashes so they can start buying. |

bitcoin will never goes down to $100 even though global economic crisis that will not happened to bitcoin. sure the lower bitcoin has touch is $220 after bitcoin fly high to touch $1200. |

I don't think there is going to be an economic crisis, let's not be such pessimists. I think oil price will hit $50 in a matter of time.
We might already be in an economic crisis; just that we might not have discovered it yet.  Unfortunately, we can not be certain about the truthfulness of data coming from China. |

After the ECB decision yesterday, I personally believe that the world economy crash is coming not that fast as many here thing. The printing of additional money brings time for several "actually bankrupt" banks and therefore the crash will delay. I guess it comes somewhere between 2018 and 2020.

Again i am confirming it that there will be no crash The thread is based around there being a collapse with the fiat economy, not with Bitcoin. I'm not really sure how this could be missed if you read the first post of the thread. Of course there isn't going to be a major crash with Bitcoin anytime soon, it is currently chugging along as normal and is stronger with it's user-base than what it was before. |

If a global economic crisis/crash will happen again I hope the BTC network will be ready for the highest price increase in the History of mankind.
So I am waiting even though I admit I'm a bit concerned about what could happen
In the time of crisis economic assets and luxury goods (stocks, obligations; securities in general) are usually depreciated. I don't see why bitcoin which is currently considered as investment will behave differently. Don't get me wrong, I'm referring to the fact that in case of a financial crash there could be a huge movement towards Bitcoin: we saw this in the past but in a smaller scale. So I'm wondering what could happen and whether the btc system is ready or not for such a change |
