she was too stupid to check if her coin name is available and she put a photo on instagram saying her
coin will be named buzzcoin until she found out that it is already there

This means if you already have your coins in the 3.1.1 wallet then all you have to do is backup your wallet.dat file and secure your private key ... For coins on  exchanges owners have no private key and thus no control over the coins. The exchange does. So it is strongly advised to have all your coins in your 3.1.1 wallet before the swap. Backup your wallet.dat file and secure your private key!!! What is so difficult to understand here? This is no rocket science ...
