Thank you, but that doesn't work for me... I'm on Ubuntu so i use the online wallet which doesn't have the mining feature (at least haven't found it), and when i go to http://185.14.184.239:88/ i also get an error message. you never mined any coin of any kind, right ? Nope... like i said earlier, newbie and not very smart  but it seems to me that being on ubuntu, i have to use the online wallet, which doesn't have the mining feature |

Have compiled the wallet(both GUI and console) from source. Have sent and received Francs from Yobit. Works fine. |

I am on Ubuntu (16.04) too . Have compiled the wallet(both GUI and console) from source. Have sent and received Francs from Yobit. Works fine.

Agreed, I'm just now checking the wallet, and that is the most detections I've ever seen. A lot of them look like the standard false positives triggered by an in-wallet segenerate miner... but this is too many to make me comfortable running the wallet without an explanation or attempt to clean them up. |

Francs-qt folder include minerd.exe which get flagged by most antivirus software. You can safely ignore it. |

Once Francs hit a market capital of around 1 - 2 million, let's get it listed on Bittrex exchange. Bittrex helps to advertise coins with high volume and biggest daily gains. It will really help the coin to gain more tracation, once the first wave of the advertising campaign is sent out to the Bitcoin using shops. This coin is about to take off. Anytime now.

For that reason I think we may suppress this function. I see no other solution. Otherwise this may scare the newcomers.

Sounds good. The mining is not necessarily directly related to the advertising campaign, so suppressing the mining functions should not have much of an impact, if any. Glad to hear that the mobile wallet is finally in the testing phase right now. Looking forward to its release and the release of the first wave of the advertising campaign.
