Freebitcoin added a savings feature recently... 4.08% per year, but compounding interest daily. I'd give it a low-mid risk, site's around for years and the owner probably is loaded on btc anyways.

Hi I have been trying to find good sites for decent Return On Investment
I have used https://btcsprout.com and it's paying my deposits though I want something more

I want to grow my bitcoins with interest sites. BTCSprout is great but I want more than one of this type of site

How do you earn interest on BTC?

All of these investment or hyip are all scam. You are already having interest by holding you coins. All of these ponzi schemes will take more of whatt you have than you will get. There's a lot of scammers out there so beware.

According to me You Should Avoid Using these Types of Investment Sites Because these sites are Running a Ponzi Scheme and When they earn Much Money they will Run Away with the Money they had Saved After Paying all Deposits. So I Suggest you to Leave these Types Of Sites Otherwise you will Lose Your Money.....

They also just announced that they're paying 25% on the interest earned by your referrals.

What do you all think about Freebitco.in paying interest on deposits? Are any of you taking advantage of the offer?

This is not achieved more in the amount. Only Purse site only accepting bitcoins as a payment for a every purchasing. If you open a Ecommerce site in European region, you make more sales and its a kind of btc adoption for us.

Investing in casino I think it's very risky, gambling usually make us hooked when luck was with us.
But it's not a safe place to invest Bitcoin because there many have gamblers who are hungry for money.

Put your Bitcoin in those site is like waste your Bitcoin, better for you to invest in altcoin and wait the price up, or if you have large capital can buy mining equipment to start the mining.

I agree with you, friend, don't put the Bitcoin in those sites because that's will
make loss our Bitcoin, that's scam site. If we are invest  on altcoins which profitable coins,
I believe, we can get profit up to 30-50% /month. I think it's very interested to growing more Bitcoin.

I use lending on poloniex, the returns are pretty small but I feel it is a pretty safe place..

Cryptsy just became Mtgox 2.0 and you people are still trusting ponzi investment web wallets and storing your money on exchanges?
 Roll Eyes

You don't own your bitcoins if they are stored on web wallets or exchanges ... you have already given them away and can beg for there return which may or may not be facilitated. Controlling your private keys is 10/10th of ownership.

Sure, but nobody ever made interest by buying product, then digging deep hole and leaving it in  Wink OP asked how to make interest on existing product, not speculate on its price eventually skyrocketing.

As others have said, best way to make profit by interest is to lend bitcoin. Either directly via P2P lending sites or through third party/exchange. The first one is more high risk/high reward, the other is the opposite. P2P lending has also steep learning curve as you will need to screen all borrowers individually. Around 10% of them doesnt pay back, so make sure you will invest in small amounts into multiple deals.

Not exactly. Loaning money runs the risk that you'll never get paid back your principal. That's especially risky with Bitcoin where there is zero way to fight to get your money back if a borrower steals it.

The only risk-free way to earn interest on your Bitcoin right now is at FreeBitco.in...4% annually, paid every day...and 25% commission on the interest your referrals earn.

Its better to risk the bitcoin on something different like a gambling site or altcoin investment.
Risking losing ot for 4% is a bad idea.

With respect, I think you're confused.

There's no risk in losing this savings that earns the 4% interest AND if you do want to gamble what other gambling site is paying you when you're not placing bets?!

You're getting 4% because there is no risk. If you were risking your BTC you'd have the opportunity to earn more, you'd also have the opportunity to lose it all.

It's an obvious choice for me, what about for you?

I may agree with you partly, because going to work everyday and putting them into HYIP sites looks really senseless.
I would say that better idea is to convert BTC to fiat and use legit investing programme, which provides 4% every year, but that is not the main subject of our discussion here.

If you are really looking for earning interest on just holding your bitcoins ( not talking about price increase ) then I'm sure you will like loaning threads.
You can also loan BTC to people on poloniex, the interest there is fairly good.

I would suggest avoid any kind of HYIP's or Cloudmining sites, in most cases they are regular ponzi scheme.
