Banksters love the blockchain but hate Bitcoin, so now they are (and will be) trying to demolish it so that they can acquire the technology behind it without fears of competition. Am I the only one who sees it as clear as day?

Edit: it's so clear that mainstream media got it as well Grin

how can a coin be dead when it values ~380 USD? Even when it values $0.01 it's not dead.

Mr. Mike's post you read today was intended to be a "recipe for disaster"

This is another fabricated drama to push the price of Bitcoin down by creating panic and the whale to accumulate once again at cheap prices and then after some weeks again let the things to become normal which help to increase the price and take good profit. There are not some other way to drive the price downwards without help of these dramas. All will be over once again like always.

I also don't believe in these stories yeah this is because bankers are still trying to eliminate Bitcoin coin and want blockchain without Bitcoin but this will never happen. They didn't succeed in past not they will in future.Bitcoin will bounce back with more power each time.

It's not dying , it's just panic everywhere , just like what happened before with the Bitcoin XT .
What I wanted to happen like one week ago is happening so I couldn't be happier , It's better to buy more now , "HODL" , make huge profit on the future . As simple as that .

Bitcoin is there now and will stay forever.
Bit by bit it will go better and better.

Beh, I can assure you even that it will be not the last. All this storm after the story of Cryptsy and the following decrease of price of it in confront of us dollar. How many such stories have seen this monument since it born. In such few time of life so many earthquakes and foreseen which have seen it to many times dead. I remember the situation which reigned at one community of one forum (only for bitcoin at that time) after the story of MtGox and the down of price of bitcoin from about 1200 us dollar in about 120 dollar (but even less). Totally silence. No one discussion. Only one post from a girl: that was all? It is the end? In this way? But then was its return. Not so high but more stable. It will be same even this time. Bitcoin is to important to be dead.

I agree with you as they try to damage Bitcoins image in order to overtake its place by using blockchain technology but I doubt they would be successful (same old stories but the end result we all know that Bitcoin won't die just like that) even though I'm hating how Bitcoin have gone down just for today alone and hope it stops as I didn't expect it to be in this frequency and pace.

I guess I should post this one more time:
Quote

Quote
I don't know what time it is, but any minute now there will be a New York Times article saying Mike Hearn broke up with Bitcoin and called it a failed experiment.
Well played R3CEV.
We're still in the fighting stage. I wonder how many times we will read "Bitcoin is dead" before we beat them?

no, i believe there is no sub 300, the wall are very strong from 350 and below, 300 was achieved after a bears market of 10 months, you can deduce how strong is to break 300, let alone returning to 200

When the price goes up, it's dying.
When it goes down, it's dying.
When new merchants adopt Bitcoin, it's dying.
When more users discover Bitcoin, it's dying.

Whatever Bitcoin does it is always dying. It has the longest terminal illness of any technology in history.

On a serious note, Bitcoin is not dead. This is just one guy who left bitcoin to work for a bank and is now spreading FUD.

LOL I heard this story many times until now Smiley
No, Bitcoin is not death, even its value increased last a few months but still it seems we can't make breaktrough yet and become mainstream.
I hope this will change soon.

Just because bitcoin is dropping in value doesn't mean that bitcoin is dying

It's because most people are panic selling for no reason
