Yes, that 1BTC block finder bonus is still applicable to whoever solves the block.
Also, I'm updating the servers to 0.14.2. There should be no downtime at all. I'll post back when the update is completed.

The bonus is valid no matter what month it is now Understood - but if he were to increase the bonus (2+ BTC) then it might give other miners incentive to point their hardware towards his pool. |

I agree, from your pocket seems unfair to ask for a 2 or 3 BTC bonus. Well, since you asked, "Why not point your 14TH here anyway?" - my response would be (and this could be way off base, I am new and don't really understand how "shares" and such are rewarded when it comes to pools), I hesitate since the pool hasn't found a block in quite some time. (almost 10 months) So if I understand correctly, if I started mining with say 14TH today and a block isn't found for another 10 months then I won't get paid until that block is found. Right? I wish I understood pool payout better. |

At least it is a pool that does not disappoint its workers as bcmonster defrauded me loosing all my
shares!
And do not come to me with stories that this is how a pool round works because who does not make a security backup copies of your data is a thief anyware in the world!
