It should take about 6 hours for your coins to mature and begin to stake.

Nope, not a scam. Feel free to test any of the software. We actually have a working product that is production ready.

Downloaded the qt and bought some Rad in Poloniex.
I find the project interesting, I am not 100% sure I understand it, but the premise sounds good!

I do like a good PoS coin too.

Hi! and welcome.

Can you explain what you mean by the blockchain is slow? I just checked my wallet and the networks seems to be moving at the normal speed.

Here is the link for the github. https://github.com/tm2013/Radium

It is a little hard to find on the OP, as it is being updated.

Let me know if I can answer any other questions!

As soon as I can get it tested. If all goes well, that time-frame may be accurate.

I have 1140 rads in my wallet since around 40 hours. staking is active, but i didn't even earn 1 rads with it.

could there be something wrong?

i have build the qt client v1.3.0.1-g32a928e for linux.
currently i can see 16 active connections.

my network sometimes has dropouts and then i have to restart the wireless connection, could this be a problem?

Loosing your network connection could be causing you issues, but I can not say for sure. 40 hours is a little longer than the average, but its not really improbable. Make sure your wallet is unlocked for staking. 16 connections is good, so that should not be causing you any issues.  If you wish, you can send your debug.log to me in slack, or at my email JJ12880@projectradon.info and Ill take a look and see if there is anything amiss.

Hope that helps, and welcome!

It is under Settings->Unlock wallet. it is only locked, when you already set a pass phrase at "Encrypt Wallet".

Everyone is happy to get good news but this whole culture of pumps on news needs to friken end. Rads deserves to be worth 5-10m market cap I recon. But whatever people think something is worth the market should head for that straight away not this stupid buy the rumuor sell the news crap. If anything it puts pressure on developers to come up with news on a regular basis...it strikes me the major news is in already, buy or sell accordingly.
