What regular people think about bitcoin ?

Most of the regular people think bitcoin to be a business. It is very difficult to learn and only rich people can get involved in it. They too does't have the idea that there are various alternative coins in regular use over various parts of the world

Some people around me know about bitcoin but they find it too expensive to buy. I told them that they don't need to spend a penny to earn some bitcoins, they just don't feel the need to spend any time on bitcoin. They simply don't want to waste their time and money on something they don't believe in.

People always react similar to all new things but when they become popular and famous then they attracted towards them and this is the similar story of bitcoins. When it is new people do not want to buy BTC But now daily many people thinking is changing due to growth of bitcoins. Soon, people thinking towards bitcoins completely changed.

Actually this is the time for its growth. Most people involved are youngsters who along with their earning spreading it. Now recently lot of users have been added and benefited. So soon regular people too will come to know about this varied technology and gets committed to it.

Most people are clueless about Bitcoin, but then again... most people are clueless about a lot of things. They are lazy too, and if it sounds too complicated, they will push it

away or dismiss it as being something that it's not. I have to deal with this a lot... They read something negative in the news papers and they are too lazy too investigate.

There are a lot of misconceptions about Bitcoin out there and this video, even if it's a little old, still shows how much work we still have to educate people.

I always get the "What is that?" kind of question and "Is that the same as stocks?" People nowadays are contented with what they see in the media, always afraid of trying out something new.

Yeah, even we are regular people who are busy in earning small amount of bitcoins, but the people who are not using bitcoins or not earning bitcoins do not share positive feelings towards bitcoins, they feel it is waste of time and money to invest into crypto, unless they are not shown the advantages of bitcoins, they would hesitate to get into bitcoins.

You're completely correct. That's really what's necessary to appreciate Bitcoin.

But people can't do that any more than they can calculate their cars mpg without the help of a built in trip computer. Most people really aren't very bright and they're lazy.

We want these same idiots to understand oppressive economics when they don't understand the value of researching the issues before they vote for a politician. They want their understanding of everything in life to be canned in 90 second sound bites like they want their dinner to be canned and microwaveable in 90 seconds.

Good luck canning Bitcoin for general consumption. The only way to do it is to make Bitcoin operate behind the scenes like the ACH/EFT system operates. If you ever get disappointed when you ask someone if they know what Bitcoin is and they give you the wrong answer, then ask them what ACH/EFT is and wait to be equally unimpressed with the answer.

It is easy to see that people are immersed so deep in our current economic system based on FIAT that are not thinking straight anymore.

Well we live in a world where everyone assumes everything they see to be real, and everything else that is not main stream, or is a niche thing, is fake or something that is to be shunned. Everything that is common now is "real" and it always has been, no questions asked.

This is one of the fundamental issues with today's society, no-one wants to investigate anything and rush to every single conclusion possible.

-It is dangerous and disruptive. May affect markets etc.

-It is illegal/related to illegal activities

-It is not real money

Or all those things at the same time. It is quite hard to make many people consider using Bitcoin.
