I have been wondering about VixTrade all day also. I did PM the dev asking for any estimated ETA but, have not received a response. I do see he has updated the "maintenance message" through out the day.

Long story short .

I apologize but, there seems to be a bit of a language barrier but, bear with me and I will do my best. To answer, "How good am I?" well, I am not the type to boast and the short answer is "better than I was yesterday" but, if a story is what you ask for...

I am a very modest and honest person. I like to think my upbringing, born and raised on a farm, gives me my work ethics. I have been privileged to have brushed shoulders with some truly amazing minds in this industry so, I like to let my hard work speak for itself and always be respectful of other people and especially other devs. I do know just how hard it is to be lead DoEveryF#@$ingThing and remind myself everyone has personal struggles also. Even when I have to bite a hole through my tongue when trolls make unfounded accusations, I do not resort to such ridicule of others. My integrity is far to valuable to blemish but, I do understand why other devs can sometimes not contain. I know very well the sacrifices involved: Should I eat or pay for the VPS? When was the last time I slept? Should I call the cops? Did I save a backup? Will she understand one more time?  Do I need a lawyer? OMG, is the sun rising already? Is this contract worth the paper it is written on? And yes, for me the worst of all, are my loved ones safe tonight? A lot of people do not get to see the filth and scum below the surface of crypto. If you haven't, be thankful but, make no mistake it is there and it is thick and dark. That said, there is just as much or more good but sadly, it does not usually leave such lasting impression.

I do feel and hope my openness in communication with, endless devotion to, and honest hard work for communities does give communities security. I do not take on a project unless I am sure I can put my heart behind it. If I am not willing to give it 110%, I would much rather gain all the sleep I have lost. My projects do succeed not only because I would sooner die before one of them does but, because of my many colleagues in this blooming industry. These forthcoming "Henry Fords" of present day are also very generous souls in that they are willing to help me anyway they could. As they know I would do nothing less myself for them. My work is nothing short of 2 parts: 1) a labor of love. I know amazing things for humanity can come of this technology. I am honored to be a small contributing factor. 2) retaliation for the financial slavery and greed of the most inhumane level and inequality in this world.

What I lack in know-how, I make up for with dedication until I do, know how. Many of my closest colleagues do know as well as I, crypto is the reason we were placed on this planet. I can not tell you BERN has a perfect lead dev. I can tell you again the short answer, better than I was yesterday. If you need evidence, look up Donationcoin, Sterlingcoin, or Evergreencoin. I communicate here on bitcointalk as the users Donationcoin, Sterlingcoin, EverGreenCoin, and now BernieCoin but my personal bitcointalk user is CryptoCanary and my name is Steven Saxton. You are staking so long as you have held your BERN for more than 24 hours and your wallet is not locked. Weight only determines the frequency that you receive payments towards your 10% annual. If your weight is low, you will receive payments less frequently but, it still will be 10% annual regardless.

A high network weight is a good thing. It means many wallets are staking. Which means the BERN network is secure because of the number of wallets that are validating and relaying transactions.

Fear not. Hope nor guessing are needed. You will and are collecting your 10% stake. You may only see installments less frequently if you have a low balance and subsequently low weight no matter how high network weight may get.
