I cant see how people can fall into losing huge amounts of money on gambling games. I play for fun and i am pretty much a winning player but i dont ever put my whole roll in jeopardy, if its getting to low its time for a break.

Some people are getting addicted to gambling, first they start gambling with low numbers.
After that they start gambling with the high numbers and than they win one time.
Than they have the faith that they are gonna win again and they lose everything.

gambling in a serious understanding in the minds of people is like nothing else that's a pain , and that sooner or later everyone will face this and talk to be able to pass by not many that have and want to have something on hand gambling, I do not think the big conflict with the growing organisms, which splashes energy and that gambling games require some peace and that violent reaction is only to interfere, which in turn can be zavlatica on depending on but calm although people probably have the same problem, although, but what this thorn and not to circumvent or bypass to solve the man himself, I think, but if the pain is pulling in gambling, only luck to get to stay

I think you have to control yourself when gambling.
Yeah can not like going. Because then you're all broke.
You have to set boundaries for yourself.

It's the addiction that gets difficult to resolve and hence people continue to gamble their money in order to recover their losses and because they still have a hope to win. I believe that if the internet connection is disabled by their family members or they themselves ask for their account to be deleted, there are very less chances that the addiction will come to an end.

Yes before you start to try to gamble, please remember gambling can make you lost your money, so only gamble with the money that you afford to lose, dont pawn or sell your things to gamble, it will cause you become a beggar with debt

You have to gamble for fun not for the profit you can make with with it.
If you get addicted you have to know how to stop, you don't need be greedy.

Gambling is always a risk if you play, you can make profit but most of us lose a lot from gambling.

I find it best to put my extra bitcoin into cloud mining rather than gambling with it.

what you are telling is wrong, losing in gambling is something which you have played and lost it but investing in cloud mining which you know confirmly that you are going to get scammed is which very wrong. In gambling it may happen that you win back what you lost but in cloud mining it is just like throwing it in the well which you know that confirmly you wont get back your returns.

Many people start to gamble just for fun .. Like me.. but then they change to earn from it.. Its very addictive and its not so easy to let it go.. I have made good profits. So i keep betting , even if I am on a loosing streak

Lots of gambler always saying its just for fun, its just a past time but the  fact is its just their reason when they loss. It's really really hard to stay away from gambling especially when you are lossing continously or even your in winning streak.

If you are not a good player in gambling and unable to play it any more then I think searching and finding for other hobbies is best option for you, as you are not the player at that arena. Gambling is just an attractive field,  so staying busy in other fields can keep you away from thinking about gambling if you are not ready to gamble.

I am always prepared to gambling. but sometimes the time to make sure I do not make decisions. playing or not it is the choice of each. because this is a game, a game that exercise patience.

I've lost over 10BTC in the past three months, and let me tell you. Stopping isn't as easy as you might think. I don't know why I keep doing it but I do. And the result is always the same.

Sometimes I play Black Jack, sometimes I play Dice. Most of the time it's dice, and that's basically where I lose all my money. Nothing ever works. Martingale: Nope. Reverse Martingale: Nope. All in 80-90%: Nope. Spamming 97% win chance: Nope. I wish I could stop lol

I think to stop gambling you should first of all lose all hope to make money with gambling. You should understand very well that you can't win, you will always lose with gambling, as was many times stated in this thread. Try to "recover" doing something else instead.

i dont think that anything can actually help if you are really addicted to gambling, then you have to search for the help from the doctors or something like that as you will surely be not able to quit it yourself

Yes, if anyone is in addiction then doctor is a best option, they can wash up their brains from staying away from any addiction. If someone is unable to make profit from gambling then he/she do not have to waste their time at there, like I am doing now. That is my big problem.

If you not ready to lose your money, then don't even try to gamble!

but it is super fun and at the same time highly addictive. someone who is hooked up on gambling can't just give it up cold turkey.

besides it is a good way to spend some money or better said throw away some money and experience some thrill in the process while you are lucky.

I guess the best way to stop gambling if you are addicted is to talk to those who know you and could help you stop.
With their help, you sure can stop gambling. The first step is to tell them you have a problem with gambling and shring with them you whole gambling activity : show them how and where you gamble.

Explaining you can gamble bitcoin will for sure make them think you are crazy but anyway, it's probably the best way not to do it again.


There are also plenty of associations who can help you if you prefer not to tell your family or friends.

You can also put some rules you should respect :

1) Gamble what you can afford to lose
2) Fix a goal when you gamble and if you reach it, stop.
3) Stop hoping you will get rich. If you want to get rich, go to work and work hard.
4) Don't chase your losses, you will lose more.

If you are using Bitcoin to gamble you can use a feature that it's at least in Bitcoin Core, where you can lock your Bitcoin for X amount of time. Doing this, you can freeze your Bitcoin savings so you aren't able to gamble.

Then again, if you are a real addict, you will probably start using fiat, and f you don't have fiat, you will start robbing in the worst cases of addiction. If you reach that point, you need professional help.
