That 10k+$ is the seller not the CCEX.
Only Valorbit's dev can ban those who receive large amount of Valorbits not CCEX.

May be there is no pending buying order... if any one is selling @ 1 sat and you buy that, then you will get the coin instantly. Just check the history of the market buy/sell and you will get that
