Do you mean whether I think they did vote with their Lisk, or do you mean whether they should do it?

Ofcourse they whould've done it... How else would the network be secured in the launching phase?

If bubilas took some time to read into what was happening, he would know that once the network is stable and forging can start, the votes will be withdrawn to make place for the other delegates.

It would happen naturally if people didn't place 30M in poloniex and used them for voting instead, but hey, what can we do.
