No a vote of 1000 Lisks = 1000 / 100 000 000 * 100 = 0,001%
A vote of 1 000 000 LISKS = 1 000 000 / 100 000 000  * 100 = 1%

But it gets distributed the same so if you vote for 1 person or 101 they will all get the same share in your case 0,001% or 1% bump in support.

Hello.
We can't get an answer from developers, so we decided to ask the same question in public. We have run LISK node, but it can't get synchronized and stay behind 1-3 days all the time. We've tried different versions of node and different servers with no success. Does anyone knows how to get LISK node fully synchronized?

max never said that he has news, he said that he will make a blog about what happened in berlin. It isn't necessary that he has closed a deal, it is very likely that he just makes a summary of what he saw there. So people please calm down, I sense a hype here and also in the trollbox about incoming news, there is no need for that and we don't want another crash if nothing special happened.

I might be able to help, am running delegate nodes. Please let me know if you want to start. Others reading may benefit as well. The Lisk chat is very active with technical info and help as well. I'll be back in 15-30 minutes. Please post your hosting info, server specs, and OS - usually Ubuntu 14.04

Taken out of context to a point. Max just asked OKC to look at LISK. Maybe it will develop into something.
I wouldn't be shocked if and when LISK is accept on a big Chinese exchange, just due to the sheer volume, mostly on Polo I think.
