I'm getting "account has no LISK" on this second backup cluster. But I do have, it's there on my balance.

Any clues?

It is possible it is still syncing. If it is you should see a circle with a value between 1-99 in the top right hand corner on a desktop browser.

I got the same problem as. I have my lisk in the dashboard but I ain't got anything when I go to my profile.

And no, I don't see any circle in the top right corner of my browser. The transaction ID has already 2300++ confirms.

Hmm, didn't they release a deployment guide that was strictly focused on the WEB wallet? If so, then yes, that user did prepare. Smiley

Setting up a wallet locally and accessing the testnet/web wallet have been covered by Lisk in both the documentation and their blog which they also cross post to Twitter and Facebook. As many mistakes that Lisk made during the launch, and there have been a lot, they have been surprisingly good at staying transparent and creating extensive documentation.

Lol you do realize this is a platform for computer programmers, correct?  Roll Eyes

If I coould login i'm sure I could figure it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RTFM and stop whining. You can easily build the wallet in a virtual machine, deploy it to a VPS, or deploy it to a Docker container. You do not need to log in you just have to use your eyes and read the documentation. If it is too hard for you then you should have researched what you were buying into before jumping in head first. It was clearly stated this was a platform targeted towards app developers and it has had an active testnet you could have deployed locally for months and been prepared for this.

FYI I can't login. I have no 12 word passphrase they are requesting when logging in on this address https://login01.lisk.io/.
I have 12 word passphrases for the coins etc and loging and password for main site (which if you've checked lately is currently not online and working) I bought but of course those are different. If your so smart and have any suggestions on how
to login to this without a 12 word passphrase it's asking for, Please enlighten me since you seem to know so much.

You should have saved the 12 word passphrase securely. And u had the chance to validate it for a couple months.

Look, I got mine working, I just feel like you are spouting some nonsense with statements such as "You can easily build the wallet in a virtual machine, deploy it to a VPS, or deploy it to a Docker container".  Easy for a small majority of us.

Docker container?   I think that I need read more!  by the way, nice username.

+10 LiskCryptoFan

I did homework as much as I could, just not as smart some in this forum I guess. I even tried the docker container which I have no use with and the IP didn't work after I got the block chain downloaded. So I gave up on trying that way since i'm not familiar with Docker.

Both wallets are loading correctly for me with correct balances. If you are copy and pasting your passphrase I would suggest to try loading your text file into a different text editor like Caret (http://bit.ly/1VhuL17) and to trim your passphrase and make sure there are no leading/trailing spaces.

Nevermind... Good to go.

I used the backup cluster 02, worked fine to send to yobit

Use the passphrase that you should have saved when your validated your purchased on the exchange. If you are using Windows then do not use notepad to get the passphrase as it messes up the encoding for most people. Try either dragging the text file with your passphrase into a browser like Chrome or Firefox, which should display it in the correct encoding, or use a text editor like Caret (http://bit.ly/1VhuL17). Your passphrase is case sensitive and it needs to be trimmed if you are pasting it in (trim means to remove and spaces before or after your passphrase/string)

Thanks for the info i'll give this a try! I've tried everything else.

Nah man, not for a while at least. I hope you didn't actually beleive the hype you were spewing past month and sold some lisk above .001.

I tried, but couldnt get my lisk. Ah well, we'll probably see a decent pump again, but not for a bit

OK I have 5 or 6 different 12 word passphrases saved from different purchases. Any of these will let me login?
