Sucks to have missed out on a few thousand dollar profit due to not being able to access my lisk earlier.

Ya it does doesn't it?!?! Not sure if I'd call that a botched launched or not, but why was the Lisk.io site not clustered in the first place? That's IT 101 people. Surely the several million in ICO funds could've bought that functionality very easily. And no Windows wallet on launch? Just confusing in my opinion. Maybe they thought the Windows wallet wouldn't be necessary because they had an online wallet. Well, it was necessary.

I got the same problem as. I have my lisk in the dashboard but I ain't got anything when I go to my profile.

And no, I don't see any circle in the top right corner of my browser. The transaction ID has already 2300++ confirms.

Both wallets are loading correctly for me with correct balances. If you are copy and pasting your passphrase I would suggest to try loading your text file into a different text editor like Caret (http://bit.ly/1VhuL17) and to trim your passphrase and make sure there are no leading/trailing spaces.

oh got it. I've been copy and pasting that damn passphrase. hahaha.
I just type it manually and now I'm seeing my correct balance. Thanks man

I already expressed my frustration at how the launch was handled. No way to change that moving forward. I still have about half my stash, I hope to see some great developments as the developers now have access to the ICO funds.

Lol you do realize this is a platform for computer programmers, correct?  Roll Eyes

If I coould login i'm sure I could figure it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RTFM and stop whining. You can easily build the wallet in a virtual machine, deploy it to a VPS, or deploy it to a Docker container. You do not need to log in you just have to use your eyes and read the documentation. If it is too hard for you then you should have researched what you were buying into before jumping in head first. It was clearly stated this was a platform targeted towards app developers and it has had an active testnet you could have deployed locally for months and been prepared for this.

FYI I can't login. I have no 12 word passphrase they are requesting when logging in on this address https://login01.lisk.io/.
I have 12 word passphrases for the coins etc and loging and password for main site (which if you've checked lately is currently not online and working) I bought but of course those are different. If your so smart and have any suggestions on how
to login to this without a 12 word passphrase it's asking for, Please enlighten me since you seem to know so much.

You should have saved the 12 word passphrase securely. And u had the chance to validate it for a couple months.

I did validate and have 4 or 5 different sets of 12 word passphrases for the different dates I purchased all of which are not working.

Hmm, didn't they release a deployment guide that was focused on the WEB wallet? Did the user validate their keys as directed? If so, then yes, that user did prepare. Smiley

Look, I got mine working, I just feel like you are spouting some nonsense with statements such as "You can easily build the wallet in a virtual machine, deploy it to a VPS, or deploy it to a Docker container".  Easy for a small minority of us.
Honestly when someone writes things like "it's easy, just install / download and ... js, jason, cluster, linux, etc etc binary -as.jar \ m /" etc. My first reaction is "really these people are put in the shoes of the less experienced?

Let me simplify what I said about the difference between login01 and login02.

If I use login01 it shows my old balance from before I sent to Polo.

login02 shows my current balance.

I sent from the 40.121.84.254:8000 node (yes, unsecure) hours ago and it went through fast and confirmed fast. So anyone using login01 and seeing a balance you can't spend or it is not responding, well.....

add: use login02 that is secure and works.

Are you sure you're not starting them with a space? Make sure to start with the first letter of the first word. No space at the beginning.

type them by hand instead of copy/paste. this way, you can be sure that you don't have extra spaces and stuff.

If that doesn't work, it's a case for lisk.chat.
