I got the same issue.

For those of you still having issues... I just used https://lisknode.grumlin.com/ and had no problems transferring my Lisk out...
Not official site, maybe phishing attempt.

It's the legitimate wallet.. with SSL... a node hosted by a known community member. I ran all my lisk through there

https://lisknode.grumlin.com/ is from Grumlin, trustable member. But it's at your own risk.

I set up lisk faucet and lisk wallet with SSL connection!

Faucet works fine! Enjoy!

You can see my topic here

my delegate name is grumlin address is 16979707772780220012L

Vote for me in mainnet! Thanks!

p.s. I write script for delegates help, can use it

ADD 200 LISK on FAUCET ELSE! ENJOY!

Try your luck with Rise. Lisk screwed up. Rise seems to be much well planned out and the fact they will be supporting ALOT more programming languages including python means that is really the platform for developers not Lisk.

I think to me Nxt was Bitcoin 2.0 but it failed and Ethereum got going. Lisk is like Nxt and Rise will be the next Ethereum.

We all must be careful with our funds. Be aware of scam sites coming online that will take your funds.
Now, with that said, I sent a small amount through Grumlins site, and it went through quickly and without any hassles. The Lisk web wallets are all non functional for me at this point.
To each and their own, but for me Grumlin provided a good sevice and it helped me just fine.

Thanks Grumlin!

sold only 5k for 65k sats.  would sell it all at this price if i could get it on polo....

now transactions seem stuck.. but when i do sell with good profits, i will be back here to say thank you.  I work both way.

If you don't know who I am, then maybe your best course would be to tread lightly
