i started the client via Docker Quickstart Terminal with this command: docker run -d --restart=always -p 0.0.0.0:8000:8000 lisk/mainnet

but when i check with Kitematic (Beta) i see this.



why not mainnet but distracted_wescoff?

plus searing for lisk in Kitematic shows several lisk containers.




why? differences?

Docker generates strange names on its own. It's not our name. https://github.com/docker/docker/blob/master/pkg/namesgenerator/names-generator.go

Everyone can name his docker container as he wants. In your image the official docker container is the one in the middle. With 2k downloads. "lisk - mainnet - Lisk Mainnet Docket Image". We have to fix that typo.

Q1: could there be a security problem if i use an other one?

so every time i will launch the mainnet container there will be chosen a random name out of their list? if it works like that, then you should tell everybody that is will be like that. because it looks really strange.

Q1: Yes. The both others could be modified. (I mean we know the real name of one of them, and the other one is a Lisk community member. However, I wouldn't risk it.)

Q2: I think if you install a Docker container it will always get assigned some random name. Not when you launch it. That's only for Kitematic as it looks. I never saw that before.

Can you put some buy support at 100k  ? , if the coin goes down again nobody will invest again this days

Change your user.
Try "su lisk" and than "bash installLisk.sh install"

you need to create a lisk sudo user. and install with that user. read and follow the steps above before and go to lisk.chat many people helping there
