My buddy says he sent LSK to polo and it never showed up whatsoever on Poloniex. No response to yesterday's ticket.
Anyone else sharing this issue?

Yes same here, but it was only to test deposit (0.5 Lsk ) i have a open ticket for 15d6h now. No answer. Maybe the accept only higher coin numbers or minimum of 1. if you have any issues with exchanges for the moment good luck. On bittrex i also have a open ticket without response for 2d4h now. |

Yeah, totally understood that rebranding is at in progress status. However what is the point for rebranding whiel there is no product ? Do you work on both rebranding and product ?
What product? If you meant developments, they plan to release Lisk core 1.0.0 and Lisk nano 1.0.0 this month. And SDK for Q4. You will be clear if read above expo.pdf presentation. Rebranding is for appearance like logo, website design, explorer design etc... . Not related with developments. Some rebranding will be good before the new Lisk core release, it will give fresh look for Lisk for many new people. May be some ppl will invest too. |

I also had this problem when trollbox worked, then I opened my ticket and after a day or two arrived on my wallet. They say their deposit is slow. |

Date I - Number of addresses ------------------------------------------------ January 1 2017 I - 5,454 January 20 2017 I - 5,533 May 25 I - 6,371 Number of lsk addresses rose 16.8 percent since January 1 2017. Thats not much but demand for lisk will rise significally and the number of addresses will grow exponentially. June 18 I - 8,154 Number of lsk addresses rose 49.5 percent since January 1 2017. |

I am a bit concerned about the hugh optimism here on Bitcointalk. Don´t get me wrong, i had to get in with hard worked money for, not with easy getting eth or something else. I had to pay more than 1$ each to get in and not even think about selling. Always reading the hugh marketcap targets and comparing to eth is not good. It is not eth and will not become a second one. I hope its not to late for lisk to get a part of the blockchain tech based market. That is my biggest concern for now. Look at all the other projects which are based on eth network. Companies have the pressure to get in now, not in 12 months or later. Hope the funds the team has are not too big to let time ticking because the non existing financal pressure. OK, roadmap is fixed and project was updated to necessary things to not release something not really working or not having a stabile base ( recoding parts of it), but if you read articles from 2016 and have a look on calender now it seems to be a bit late now. I would be interested in if there are conversations and relations to the german industry to get started as soon SDK is ready or if there are already planed projects with a clear vision behind it. Will there be a team sponsored by the foundation the get started with a real dapp to show what can lisk do ? |

Hello, there's some questions I have about Lisk.
I constantly here about dapps, dapps, dapps, dapps, but in reality what kind of application can benefit by being executed on the lisk network?
Please make real examples that go beyond the "smart contracts" thing, really, I want to understand what's the potential of this technology.
Also how would that work exactly? Where's the backend stored? Since there's no proof of work, where does the application gets the horsepower to be executed?
I vaguely understand the concept of forging, but I'm still a bit confused.
