It just has banned some faucets recently because they have broken rules but it doesn't prohibit them.
So faucets are still allowed in adsense if they follow all the rules.

There is no point in passwords. If someone was to log into your account all they can do is claim satoshi and cash out but if they were to cash out the money would go to your btc address.
