It says '0 connections to 'SpoutsExtreme network' on the wallet. Is there something I've done wrong with the config file?
Also, where do I mine SPEX and which program do I need to run for that? Sorry for the noob questions, I'm new to altcoins.

tbh dude if you just read this thread all that is answered ;\
theres 2 pools and addnodes in op
you will need a minerd, most likely cgminer or the like as it's a sha-256 coin Wink
good luck!

Yeah, but what do I do with the add nodes? (You see, I'm a super noob) I tried putting them into 'conf.txt' and 'conf.conf' in the SPEX folder in AppRoaming, but that did not work. :/

Anybody else stuck at Block 6685 ?

I have tried resyncing, adding nodes, reserving balance, deleting blockchain, rescanning and nothing is working, I even tried it on another computer with the same results.... Fork maybe since maxminers is still mining recent blocks ?

I'm stuck on block 6685 also,.
Think we need the pools node.. and then re sync using that node..

would be great if https://spex.maxminers.net can make a bootstrap.dat for us.

how can he "fix" it? lol.     rebuild your clients , as the haspower drops mode nodes will be on right chain and screw the fork ;p
only use same nodes as op also people
if i can i will make a bootstrap but i have shit net someone else should do it up quick Wink)

edit; we will def need the pools node or something, i have tried rebuilding and gotten 3 DIFFERENT forks, each with peers ;(  oooo this ones a mess haha.. well be ok tho just need maxminers bootstrap ;p

Obviously people don't understand forks, not the ones you eat with either lol...

If everyones client is stuck on a block and both pools are on the same block but creating new ones then that means fork, you say rebuilding wallets but what is that mean to achieve ?

If you say screw the fork and want to  jump onto the forked chain then go ahead lol I should mine 7000 blocks on a completley new chain and then say "hey guys I have the most recent block and node" upon doing that all the coins you had would become non existant since it is then on a different chain.
