In fact, if you're watching a documentary on the "deep web", you can see that most of these sites as a tool accept bitcoin transactions. it proves that, bitcoin is also used for illegal activity, and I think this has been done in a long time. Well, this could be the main reason in his baned bitcoin d divulging state

yes i remember there is a movie about hacking that using transferred bitcoin for make a transaction but i don't remember what is the title of the movie. and i think there is possibility that bitcoin is being used for illegal activities because there no independent institution that watching any of bitcoin transaction in the network so we don't know for what purpose bitcoin is used.

Yeah indeed illegal activity is something bad and will only give negative impact to those who use it. Because illegal activities is absolutely contrary to all applicable laws in the world and also illegal activities is extremely detrimental to their victims or they are all involved in the illegal activities. Some people does use those to buy things that are ilegal, but i doubt those make the buyer and seller bad persons at all, we all have a problem, some is alchool, others drugs, mine is internet, this makes me a bad person?
India doesnt allow to gamble, there are several indians gambling with bitcoin, they find a solution to their problem, its a bad use of bitcoin as well, but this even being ilegal its allowing those people to gamble. As fiat bitcoin cant be controled where it will be spent, soo its always people choise where they do business.

It depends on exactly what kind of ban your government has imposed on Bitcoin usage. May I know what country you are from? Other than that, it basically doesn't matter for criminals whether or not the government have banned Bitcoin. They will use it either way as they can simply convert their coins to fiat back and forth via other countries.

Well, for my country it is not illegal but I can say that if you make a high amount of bitcoin and than exchange it for fiat currency they may ask “where did you get this money from” which might be hard to explain to goverments all around the world. So make bitcoin, spend bitcoin ,means do not try to encash it.

That is not really a problem as long as you earned that bitcoin legally, the only thing to watch for is the amount you will need to pay in taxes to your local government.

If you are not too honest you can be, you do not need to report as anyway you can hide your earnings online. I don't know about how strict the implementation in your country but you can only be trace if you deposit your money in the bank as that can be a audit trail if they prefer to audit you.   

Personally I prefer not to risk it, I know that you can hide your earnings online especially if you are using bitcoin but if you're caught you will not only need to pay your taxes but also hefty fines.

As the nature of bitcoin as an anonymous currency it is pretty easy to make scams and to do some illegal stuffs with bitcoins as it will be pretty hard to call the law on you or to find your idenity.

Yes I am agreeing you. That is a fact that bitcoin may not be use for illegal activities in such a large scale. Maybe a very little number of people were using bitcoin for illegal activates, as most of the people are using it for normal activities just like shopping and trading etc.

the marketing of visa, mastercard, paypal etc is bettter and people feel like "this is an honest company" and the technology is safe and good. some bad people try to take advantage, but this is what bad people do. bitcoin does not have this marketing and is not a company, so people with no clue will always blame bitcoin itself, because someone must be to blame and it sure as hell will not be their own fault.

What makes you so sure that bitcoin is not used for illegal activites? Go into the deepweb and find out what currency do the drug lords or terrorists use there to buy their weapons and drugs. They use bitcoin as their currency because of its anonymous transactions. They use bitcoin to make them harder to track by authorities.

Bitcoin isn't any different from money, and especially not when it comes to how people use money. In that regard, yes, Bitcoin is in fact being used for all kinds of shady purposes. But the same goes up for fiat currencies around the world. The main point of attention is that we shouldn't blame the tool for being used in a wrong way, while people are the ones that should be blamed and punished. Look at cars for example, you can drive with it from your home to your working place, or you can drive your car into a crowded bar where you can kill plenty of people at once. Do we have to blame cars for that? Nope. Same is the case with Bitcoin and fiat, and all other things that can be used as currency tool.
