As known bitcoin is a currency even though it is a online or crypto currency its still a currency.And we know that all currency are used for legal and illegal things so bitcoins is also use on illegal things
yes thats right bitcoin is currency so no matter how its use the process will be done smoothly even legal or illegal ways the fact that we will use it to transact it should not be blame to the system but how the users that responsible from using it. the amount of usage of bitcoin by the regular users who are not using bitcoin for anything illegal is a lot more than the amount of usage by other part of the users who are using it for illegal activities so i guess it really doesn't matter. it is just like USD usage! |

It can be used for what ever activity anyone wants to use it for. It is all dependant on the user of the currency. Just like fiat can be used for good or bad... it is all up to the holder decides to do with it.  |

yeah bitcoin can be use legal activity and we can not use bitcoin for illegal activity because bitcoin is very modern currency and there is illegal thing are not available for bitcoin so bitcoin is very useful currency and people adopting bitcoin in huge amount.

I think that bitcoin is a currency that is very hard to trace, or not even possible. Interpol has already dealt with this issue in order to prevent money laundering by criminals.

Money is used for shady business as well,how does paying Iran to release Hostages not come off as dirty money?
You could turn a currency from nothing and it would have a dirty trail very soon because that is the nature of humans.

It's also impossible to catch criminals using cash money, Gold, drugs, etc. All these are being used as currency in the underworld that offer criminals good enough anonymity. It's always Bitcoin that gets pointed at as being the bad guy.... |

It's also impossible to catch criminals using cash money, Gold, drugs, etc. All these are being used as currency in the underworld that offer criminals good enough anonymity. All types of money will be used for some sort of illegal activities at some point in its life.
It could be as simple as purchasing alcohol is a country where it's illegal or buying a kilo of coke.
There is nothing special about illegal goods being purchased with bitcoin, illegal goods have been purchased for decades with fiat cash.

Bitcoin can be used or are being used for purchasing different illegal items like guns and drugs from dark web. Bitcoin is modern currency for sure with greater security as you have said however as bitcoin provide greater anonymity and privacy it has been a way for hackers/criminals to run away without being traced down. But not only bitcoin many other types of payment processors or even hard cash are being used for illegal activities. |

yes there are some Bad people in the world who kept doing illegal activities . but i think if government will try to take to control with identity then there will be violation of privacy of bitcoin user and then bitcoin will became a simple payment system of money . It would take time for sure hence bitcoin transaction are anonymous and government would have the hard time to track fo those person who made illegal transactions, thats why bitcoin is commonly used when doing illegal activities because they could able to hide their identity to avoid or escape from authorities. |
