It is very tempting idea to work with bitcoin and the same currency to make a living. To date, the course itself as cryptocurrency not very stable. And so it will be difficult and risky to completely switch to bitcoin and depend on it.
volatility is indeed an aspect that makes it difficult to solely depend on bitcoin as payment for your salary, but a lot people directly convert their earnings to their preferred fiat currency to avoid dealing with volatility. that's why bitcoin earnings should be seen as a bonus alongside your regular salary. especially if you have bills to pay.

Earning Bitcoin for non-technical person will be quit difficult compared to a technical guy because it seems the technical person skills is highly valued. From developing websites, writing codes, detecting bugs in codes etc. but the non-technical person skill set is limited but if he is a business oriented person can successfully run a faucet and website which can improve his earning
Technically, you are correct. A person with more skills and techniques is always more valued compared to a person who knows nothing about techniques or technology, so someone can easily earn a living with bitcoin if he is quite technical as you said but it becomes harder for someone to do that if he isn't good in that.

I am honest, I only earnig a living with bitcoin I started to earning bitcoin a few years ago and I'm grateful I can buy something and live with bitcoin.
Soo you are a early adopter or had or has several bitcoin that you had exchanged into fiat, and now just living from those profit you made in the past, kindly share those with us. I get some income all months but nothing enought to make a living from it, i hope the projects im working will allow me to earn a decent ammount. It is hard when you do not have a capital to invest dude, as a mere worker we are only dependent with our salary in day job and that makes us secure so we cannot invest that amount as no assurance we will make a profit. In addition, if you want to earn a living with bitcoin you have to do a high paying job online. I do understand your point, but nowadays its possible to get a decent ammount from bitcoin, being the way to achieve those the trading of altcoins, that has shaked a lot these days and have potencial to make anyone get and live from bitcoin. Trading altcoin on everyday basis wouldnt give you a guarantee to make a living with it since even if you do trading you cant say that you would always win everyday since not all coins move its price day by day but some of them mostly moves a week a part or month. Earning or making a living in bitcoin would be hardly possible unless if you have a investment site like running a casino site maybe its possible. Altcoin is pretty crazy as this day, if you don't research and just buy and buy, you will found out that the value of your holding will be worthless. Lots of dev scammer lurking around the altcoin announcement section. So it is better to focus on a more steady way of earning, if you have skill then use it to earn more btc. Exactly ! Altcoins have become like gambling if you don't make good picks fo coins you can't really earn much money. Some coins are just made to pump and dump and hence you never know what is the best time to sell, but if you choose a good altcoin like burstcoin then you can good good profits.

Altcoin speculation is definitely a lucrative form of money making, however a lot of that comes down to research and timing, like you said. There are too many people who just throw money at an altcoin and expect it to go up, and they are typically the people who lose out on a lot of their investment. Doing research is the sign of a good trader; in altcoins or in stocks.

It is certainly possible if you have knowledge that is useful to somebody and can do the work for them correctly. Mostly tech related stuff come to mind when it comes too being paid in bitcoin because the ones who are paying you who aren't technically knowledgeable would not know anything about bitcoin or even how to pay you in it in the first place. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

I think it is possible, only if you have programming skills, know how to write articles, you are an expert in certain topics, basically if you know useful things, for which, people will pay you.

I seen few sharks in the gambling forum with something like this "names like Stunna and Dooglus", There are as well some like operators of big exchanges like coinbase and circle "with whole teams getting paid for doing BTC-related jobs", as well as 1 or 2 employee's in smaller exchanges.

That's basically how everything works. You get paid for something you're good at at the price that you deserve. If you're really good at something and you know how to make money out of it, then you can make a living out of it. Otherwise, you have to step up your skills and do not stop until you reach the level of those that are on top. These are the key steps in making a living out of Bitcoin. Once you're at the top, money will come easy to you. You're not even going to need to look for a customer, the customers themselves will come to you.

I am not personally making that much, but a friend of mine is using mining and investing and he is making enough bitcoin every month for me to live off of!! Of coarse he is not making enough for him to live off of, but when you waste as much money as he does, you would not expect to unless you were making about 20 bitcoin per month.

Earning a living in bitcoin sounds a very good idea but we need to know where to start or else it is just a wish, having a plan is vital to reach our goal, and maybe we should evaluate ourselves what are our interest to know that fits on us that we are going to do to earn a living, I would say it is possible but you need to consider the aforementioned.

Yeah, it does look pretty dubious to our lives. However, if indeed we are confident against bitcoin and continue to strive to be a better person and being a person who wants to appease parents and also people who are in our lives. Then I'm sure that bitcoin can do it all and will not let us down, as long as we keep trying and never give up

For me it is not possible to earn a living with only Bitcoin because I am not making enough money with Bitcoin alone. I also have a normal job like most people do. These two together is enough for me and I am making good money now.

Exactly if we are capable to manage to earn from both of them then there in no point in going single source of income, its better to earn more from both the sources to have a better income.

I know people who live on just bitcoin business. They are a small team of web developers who scout around forums looking for jobs and then they get a payout in bitcoin. I think that's pretty much the only real way, trading is too unreliable and so is investing. with freelancing you have it somewhat in your own hands because there are enough jobs to find.

But it will also depend on the demand of jobs, may be someday you don't find any project to work on and even there is high competition and you may need to work at lower rates which can reduce your income.
