They 'locked' mine due to inactivty 6 months ago. I contacted support from then after password reset I was able to login and 'view' it but not trade or withdraw, in between that time they revealed the 'hack' issue.

Now I can't even login with the same messge:
"This account is locked due to 6 months of inactivity. Contact support@cryptsy.com to unlock."

Has anyone had their access returned in the last 6 months from this?

It's getting pretty tiring with every trading services that's not a government bitch getting hacked or shutdown; killing progress in bitcoin/alt-currency innovation.

0.5BTC reward if you can give me a trick to sped this up through Cryptsy. I actually met one of one owner's once.

You could try contacting BitJohn, although he doesn't work for Cryptsy anymore. Mullick hasn't logged into his bitcointalk account for a long time now so he's no use. I don't know what bitcointalk accounts are associated with Jim or Horus.

]

I don't use Skype anymore that is how I communicated with Paul. Sorry man. again best bet is reach out to Mullick, Jim or Horus they are all monitoring these forums, and still employed at Cryptsy.

100% agree that some form of Blog or post from him is long overdue.

In 2014 Jdtmp4 said he was a Cryptsy admin in this post. He's still active on bitcointalk, but Cryptsy laid off most of its staff months ago.

Thanks; looking at BitJohn's last posts I think he doesn't work for them anymore either

i doubt if you can get anywhere with your request.
there are hundreds of users that have lost their money and are angry with cryptsy, they want their money back too.

i am not sure what exactly you want to do now. it has been a couple of months now since cryptsy has been hacked and disabled withdrawals + trading, withdrawals was disabled or delayed before they even publicly announce the hack.

not want to disappoint you but even if you get access to your account there is nothing you can do. and they most probably not going to give your access back. one less victim that they have to pay to.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

I had the same problem at the end of the year.
I have tried to reopen my account, but they never answered.
It was also after more than 6 months inactivity.
I had lost my coins as well.

It won't do you much good to unlock your account.  I can't withdraw any bitcoins or US dollars from my account.

I was locked out of my account before few months and tried everything to recover it with no success so i give up. Had some dust of few coins there so it is not important, but now i am happy that happened. I could lose lot more using that scam so i am happy for that lol.
