I recall seeing this coin quite a while back but it suffered badly from BOT mining with the game, now it seems as though BOT mining is the normal way to mine coins instead of playing with skill giving users a challenge even though you can play it manually (Like I did when it was released) what is the point as it's just another game then, if it could be fixed so you couldn't game the rewards wouldn't it have been already issued ?

It leaves me with not much hope of whatever MOTO coins I have, I'd rather a Dead Cat Bounce than a Reboot of just the Thread with the BOT listed...

The new thread is useful to get relevant up to date, usable info without having to scroll through tons of now largely irrelevant posts, it really is, and it is a bouncing dead cat lol,

I will try and repackage a new download with the technical hoops incorporated as well as new graphics for a more user friendly experience in the coming few months, for one a script could be written to autolocate and print the newest blocks in the necessary file, ill hopefully be  corporating the script into the new downloadable package, etc.... so n00bs wont have to climb mt. Molehill. Everest.. .

if this bot could run on android devices im sure it could draw quite additional attention...

If you are willing to go to that far of an effort for this coin even though it has been around for a while and has a bit of a supply on it, changing it up with the way you have mentioned would sure spice things back up, I would even support you doing so as it makes it fair for everyone still.

Coin has been reworked so that the gap between human miners and the bot decreases.

There were previous offers for repackaging which didn't really attracted much interest. I guess as long as everything is accessible there aren't many issues...

We need to find more purpose and exposure for Motocoin. Enlist it to websites, gain merchants, payment processors, better exchanges, etc.

Ofcourse wallet must work too and not too hard to install. It's really time for Motocoin to gain a head developer willing to lead the project.

Edit: It appears this user is just trying to up their post count. I guess he didn't even read this thread.

Right, I wouldn't know either what he's talking about, we don't have scam accusations. Moto has been quietly running for the last one and half years.

While the Yobit wallet is not available for deposits (arbing), 34 satoshi on Cryptopia still looks awefully cheap now, I think it's a matter of time someone scoops it all up  Cheesy

Some people here might be interested in a paper that just got published by Ledger:

http://www.ledgerjournal.org/ojs/index.php/ledger/article/view/15

It is mostly about Huntercoin, but also mentions Motocoin and its (different) approach of proof-of-play.

Haha good old Huntercoin, they are currently in the process of re-packing their newly updated wallet up for one and all to enjoy, it's good that both coin games got a write up, although bots is the main problem with them.

Motocoin is doing quite well on the market. Cryptopia made 167 sat while on Yobit 1,000 sat. It would be a great time for some developments or campaigning.

Yes there is movement in the market.
I can allocate small bonuses:
Website - 20000 MOTO
Block Explorer - 20000  MOTO

Great idea. I can donate some MOTO as well if someone creates a game or service to spend MOTO's on. I think there should be some markets for it as well as adoption by merchants and websites.

If you think you can give MOTO a promotion boost then we can talk.

Of course the ideal is to attract manufacturers of motorcycles and accessories.
They can distribute as bonuses motocoin.
They can also sell their products for motocoin, and this can be done now:
https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/MarketPlace
Application segment is huge - millions of bikers will certainly appreciate this coin.
We need to think about Android wallet.
The game is a super project, but the development will cost is not cheap.

I have a block explorer working. A really basic one, but it is functional. Just don't really have anywhere to host it properly. I could also try experimenting with other block exploring software when I have time.

As for the website, one could host it along side a block explorer. I'm not really knowledgeable on html but something can be figured out in order to have a more easily accessible place to download updated and compiled files.

If you want SCRYPTO to be taken seriously, why would you add this shitcoin?
The motocoin website doesn't even work.

Scrypto shows huge promise. You should distance yourself from this piece of shit.

Motocoin has been running for 3.5 years now without any problem. Fastest coin in the world. And it will be classic too like the Arcade of the 80's.
