as i said i was simply trying to allow the community play and not let someone or a single persone ruin it for everyone else! the funds were from my personal account and that means i will not open the site unitll i recieve the bounty and at that point i will have things regulated much better  !

hi, misuse is a bad thing where ever you go.... and it becomes obvious very fast of who does the misuse! i will keep the site open once i get the funds for the bounty ok .... no worries but remember that is only a very small part of the Big Picture! many other things are already in the works and will be published along side that!   there are bad apples in every bunch and they seem to be the first to show themselves!
