Cryptopia hacked and there goes some of my airdropped BSD 

It seems I've lost all my airdropped BSD on Cryptopia too 

I've just sent a PM to the dev for changing my airdrop address, hoping that I will get some BSD in my own wallet starting the next airdrop week

I am using Cryptopia too as my Airdrop Stash, Almost 1410 BSD Gone the Drain if the Crytopia never recover from this mess. I will contact the airdrop admin on their official forum to replace my BSD Airdrop Address.

This can't be a coincidence. They might be exit-scamming. Hacked once is ok (I guess) but hacked twice in 15 days? Something tells me this is all a well planned scam. Maybe its the "proof of keys" doing its thing and killing insolvent exchanges.

I read somewhere, that Cryptopia was no more control over compromised addresses. "Hackers" now an easy to transfer all new funds from these addresses.
Even if NZ police says: "Cryptopia management and staff have been co-operating with Police and providing considerable assistance in the investigation." I'm not sure it's not organized inside.

Telegram is responsive, but seems that nobody knows how to retrieve the private keys from the backup

Would you prefer him ignoring the project completely? At least we know someone is working his ass to create BSD adoption out there. What do you do other than hodling? Not that I'm underestimating "hodling" but promoting the project actively is so much harder than just hodling passively.

Bitsend has long history, massive give away, and it is reliable, in my opinion.
Bitsend team abandoned the project after years developed it.
I don't think so any time in my life.

If there will be no changes from the airdrop team it will end in April 2019

It is true that new trades do not increase the price but it is still positive, and in any case the price is not the only parameter that you have to see in a real coin.

for now i am just happy with the weekly drops of bitsend , as far as i know it is going for a few month's to go , and then i will be happy to hold them for  a decent period , i have not enough for a masternode but that masternode is coming for sure and let's hope that the "grow" will be huge

The airdrop will last till April 2019, if the weekly airdrop keeps a steady rate of  10BSD per week.

To be honest the coin doesn't have much of a purpose, other than being a masternode and having a airdrop. Probably we can expect a pump there and now and that's it.
