"Policy" for reconsideration of two of the most common negative feedback that I give:

• Newbie loan , no collateral- Reconsideration after 3 months, if the same is not done during those 3 months.
• "Promoting/running a ponzi scam"- Reconsideration after 2 months for promoting a ponzi, if you kept it up for more than 5 days after the negative was given I may reconsider only after 4 months.

The "policy" however, is loosely based on popular opinion and may differ from person(who received the neg) to person.

Yes I understand that the trust system takes care of that, but in the meanwhile they can create scams and scam new people on the forum.
The whole gambling section is being spammed with all these ponzi schemes, and no one cares.
I think this would be a much better place, if there is a better way to keep this people away or give them no change to post at all..
The trust on these forums is very low and it is justified because people are trying to scam people everywhere.

Luckily there are also nice people that wouldn't scam someone, if the world was fair we wouldn't have people like that.
