Hi I see that you have mentioned in your main thread that this coin is made for the arab world and it is dubai coin and stuff , but do you even have a branch in dubai or did you conduct any sort of exhibition in dubai where you invited investors because till now I never heard that a coin like this even exists in dubai , because people have barely heard of bitcoin.

stop your Wallet,
open the dubaicoin.conf and

change the addnode to this one:

addnode=198.54.123.200:22330
addnode=188.230.177.121:22330

addnode=213.140.64.134:22330
addnode=75.130.162.248:22330

save the conf file and start your Wallet, after a few minutes you will see the symbol left from Pending, when hover over it, there say you how many active Connections you have. in the pic you post you have a few connections!
I installed the Wallet ~ 30 min ago and have now 26 connections.
Don´t ask me how long need to sync, but depend on how big the Blockchain is can need a few hours to sync.
When you click in the Wallet on Help - Debug window, then open a new Window, there you found all infos, the Current number of Block is the Last downloaded and Estimated total is the last Block of the Chain, when both are the same number your Wallet is Sync, but how i say this need hours.

When you have in future problem with Connections search for Actual nodes!
I found for DubaiCoin the nodes on the BlockExplorer.

in the Screenshot you posted, i can see that your wallet have connections, you must only wait untilthe sync is finish, how i say this need a few hours, let your wallet online and wait.
look in the debug window, there you will see that your wallet is syncing.
you need patience.

why it does'nt work for you? have you add node? do not tell us that you still not add node to your conf. Do not tell us it's too long to get fully sync wallet

If you still not add node to your conf and  so it's your mistake
If you block connection by firewall, it's your mistake
If wallet stuck at block number, so it's dev responsibility

so you found the folder appdata/roaming/DubaiCoin

stop your Wallet,
open the dubaicoin.conf and

change the addnode to this one:

addnode=144.76.71.141:22330
addnode=198.54.123.200:22330
addnode=188.230.177.121:22330

addnode=213.140.64.134:22330
addnode=75.130.162.248:22330

save the conf file and start your Wallet, after a few minutes you will see the symbol left from Pending, when hover over it, there say you how many active Connections you have. in the pic you post you have a few connections!
I installed the Wallet ~ 30 min ago and have now 26 connections.
Don´t ask me how long need to sync, but depend on how big the Blockchain is can need a few hours to sync.
When you click in the Wallet on Help - Debug window, then open a new Window, there you found all infos, the Current number of Block is the Last downloaded and Estimated total is the last Block of the Chain, when both are the same number your Wallet is Sync, but how i say this need hours.

When you have in future problem with Connections search for Actual nodes!
I found for DubaiCoin the nodes on the BlockExplorer.

why it does'nt work for you? have you add node? do not tell us that you still not add node to your conf. Do not tell us it's too long to get fully sync wallet

If you still not add node to your conf and  so it's your mistake
If you block connection by firewall, it's your mistake
If wallet stuck at block number, so it's dev responsibility

It's not as easy as you intended to show it, everything still looks like a scam

On your screenshot, i can see that you have active connections. When you let it long enought runing, then your Wallet must sync with the time.
