That's a reseller,they do not offer free games/gift cards/rebates & promo codes to "sweeten" the deal.
Plus "Returns:No returns accepted" means if you get a defective card,you could be in for a rough time getting satisfaction.

op needs to learn how pools work.  Basically you submit shares that tells the pool you have done some amount of work for a specific block.  Your hash dips like that becuz you don't find shares over a certain time frame, then you get lucky and find a bunch so it levels out over time.

The 7990 can mine about 40MH/s. That is more than the Fury X or Nano. But the power consumption is more.
