i'm wasting 166w per card , 970 for mining ethereum with 22mega
someone has a better performance?
Sure Nano's.. well it cost 60% more, so it's not that better, you pay upfront the electricity for 1 year I have seen some retailers selling XFX Nano for 399€

Is the Fury nano faster than the R9 390? I heard the HBM is not suitable for the Etehreum mining due to high latency.

First, it's just R9 Nano, not Fury Nano, Fury is a different series. You've got R9 390 R9 Nano R9 Fury R9 Fury X I own all of those cards, the Fury X gives the best hash rate. Regarding power use / hash the Nano tops it with ease. Further, the memory doesn't matter at all as the ethereum algorithm doesn't use the memory of your gpu. I even down-clocked the memory of my nano's to 300 and i kept the exact same hash rate. (obviously..) So in other words. HBM based cards are perfectly fine for Ethereum mining.

Gamers report a lot of coil whine issues with that cheap XFX Nano. How is it with your Nano army?

Well, at this moment i'm doing around 2.6Ghz on Ethereum while using 9.5KW (from the wall) (95 GPU's) Downclocked to 850 core and 300 memclock. -100v. You can do the math yourself

The Ebay price is quite high. The 7990 costs about $450. But it is a good card, it has 4096 cores in total.

That's a reseller, they do not offer free games/gift cards/rebates & promo codes to "sweeten" the deal. Plus "Returns:No returns accepted" means if you get a defective card, you could be in for a rough time getting satisfaction. A new Sapphire 380 4gig on Newegg was actually $194.99 (I goofed up the above price),got a $20 gift card with purchase so + shipping=$179 Has a $15 rebate too,but they rarely work,so no rebate for me Plus Newegg offers promo codes on their homesite (DFHSDE892) as of now

op needs to learn how pools work. Basically you submit shares that tells the pool you have done some amount of work for a specific block. Your hash dips like that becuz you don't find shares over a certain time frame, then you get lucky and find a bunch so it levels out over time.
