Hello? It's me.

My wallet is still out of sync. The coins I sent to my wallet from yobit to stake are stuck.

What should I do now?

Have you put an orlycoin.conf file  in OP to  your appdata folder? I did it and it syncs good  with 8 active connections

The file I downloaded already includes that file bro. I didn't download anything seperately.

The orlycoin.conf file I have and the code which is displaying in the OP are same.

Okay. Maybe your windows firewall wont allow the wallet connections. Better yet, try to save your wallet.dat file and download a new wallet..and try to run it again..Let's see what happens;)

I tried it too, it synced within 5 minutes so not sure what's the issue.

Just unzip it to your OrlyCoin folder in "C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming"

Did you try this?

Yes I did, but it stops downloading at half or so and says "Unexpected end of archive" when trying to open and says the archive is damaged when trying to unzip it to that folder.

Can you upload it somewhere else?

Didn't skip it, didn't see it either.

I'll update the zip file and send it to Mega as an alternative download source when I get home from work!
