What happened::  Robertt and I agreed on $100 of his paypal for my 0.2btc.  He sent Paypal first, I sent BTC immediately after.  24 hours later, his paypal account inniciated a payment reversal due to an "unauthorized transaction"

Scammers Profile Link:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=704654

Reference Link:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1372068.0   He even states that he received it within this thread including the hash transaction
Amount Scammed:  0.2btc / $100 Paypal
Payment Method:  I paid BTC.
Proof of Payment:  https://btc.blockr.io/tx/info/2aa37ad3d95a3f58699fa98ebefa33ac6e41890120f1329afce3df700e17e8ac
PM/Chat Logs:  (I will add)
Additional Notes:  Email Address: r.oberttt462@gmail.com     sardasa has his 'actual' address.

UPDATE!  3/1/2016
Hey everyone.  GOOD NEWS!! Paypal did the right thing and denied Robertt's "unanuthorized transaction".

Email I received from paypal this morning:
"We have completed our investigation of the transaction below and were
unable to find evidence of unauthorized access to the buyer’s account. This
case was denied to the buyer and no funds were recovered from your account."

So I received my funds that were being held and Robertt is still an A$$H0LE

Take that Robertt!!

Hahah sorry, but you deserve that. Not sure HOW MANY TIMES "Robertt" was mentioned already (and his 1000 Alts). How can you fall for this? I guess you havent checked anything on him and just decided to make a Paypal deal? Nice...

Anyway, Robertt, I know youre reading this, dont gamble it all away yet - its becoming harder and harder  Grin Cheesy

Fuck the signature - if you are so desperate for money why dont you go and get a fucking job first - once you did that, perhaps you will think twice what kind of shit you want to be affiliated with.

I haven't spent much time over in the currency exchange section of this forum.  I don't expect to get anything back, I have already written this off as a loss.  Just trying to get the word out to other potential victims.

sardasa has his 'actual' address.
Address which he has on his PayPal a/c is not his real address.
As per that address he should be 8 hours behind my time zone but he's actually 14 hours behind. I wish I had noticed this before.

It's not that we didn't say he was trying to build trust.
It's not that we didn't warn about him on his feedback page.
It's not that this wasn't somehow predictable.
It's not that...

I am not sure about paypal but you should give them a little as possible to reverse payments.
Remove the money immediatly after receivin git (from paypal and bank).

You should try and dispute that with Paypal.

You should try and dispute that with Paypal.
When involving cryptos, paypal always sides with the one who sends/reverses the payment. Opening a dispute won't help much, as PayPal got things like this covered in their TOS.
There is a reason why we got a sticky thread in the currency exchange forum saying "Beware of PayPal [...]"

OK... that means there is no way of getting the money back. It is probably because the Bitcoin is very untraceable and volatile still.

BTC is irreversible once confirmed, PayPal is reversible up to 180 (or even 365) days in every case. No friends and family, no other option will help you against that.

A notable read is also what spoetnik has to say to the topic:

PayPal unlike many other services forbids the use of digital currencies. They have been seizing accounts for years. it happened to me.
When i google searched the email Paypal sent me i seen a guy post the same one here back in 2012. It's not chargebacks you need to be worried about it's simply forbidden!
and THEY WILL seize your account and take money. Avoid PayPal with Crypto or suffer the consequences.

Not always, mostly when a unauthorized claim is made. Don't forget their digital goods policy which is why I actually recommend escrow for legit members who are not using a VPN / proxy, hacked or stealth account and using PayPal funds.

I mean I guess this adds up since if he does this x10 times with however many alts he has.. then thats damage. I just wish there was a site that collected everyones alt that used for scamming.. its kinda hard to follow alts.

You are searching for the known alts of anyone thread. It's far from being complete, but it's a start.
Collecting the 3 (the ones I know of) currently open scam accusations, it's not $100, but a total of $223 that user scammed from this alt, probably even more coming up in the next days.
