7.4 mh  the other tested is 5.6

Well, don't know what's up with your rig.
I could suggest to re-install crimson 16.1 and sdk 3.0 from scratch and try mining with only 380 plugged.
Then plug others card to check when you get stuck.

I'm currently using win7 pro,380x,crimson 16.1,sdk 3.0 without issue.
