I've finished triggering refunds for all CC orders in the system on both bitcoinasic.com and btcfpga.com.  The system tries to send emails when I change the status for each order, so you should get an email.  We've already seen that some mails don't go out, especially when sending so many in a short time.  If you had a CC order with us you should see a refund related email or be able to see the status of your order has changed to Refunded.

Remaining:
136 BTC order refunds
106 BTC order refunds (already sent to Tom for payment)

I will now move into reconciling the BTC payments made already and then create a master list of BTC refunds that I will give to Tom.  I plan to provide him with the USD value of the order and BTC payment address - it will be up to Tom to decide what exchange rate to convert these to.

BTC refund NOT received. I suspect the price movement is the reason, but I also fear the worst is going on and the refund will never come through. Dave sent the BTC master list to Tom 2 days ago so there's almost no explanation why it takes so long to do them, even manually. If I won't receive the BTC in the end it will be the proof that Bitcoin world transforms even the honest guys into scammers. This whole experience was truly disappointing.

0 BTC to report here as well. It may be time to go forward with the scammer accusation.

Within a couple days of a successful CC refund?

No, that is not reasonable.

0 BTC refunded here, BTW.

I agree. price variance has to be whats holding this up... from what i understand Tom has quite a bit of BTC (prior to accepting pre orders). However, everyone who potentially may be ripped off, we should have some type of plan in place... drive to NYC? ROAD TRIP!

...oh yeah, ZERO BTC refunded, request refund on Jan 14th.

The stated plan is CC then BTC.  Money has been actively flowing.

My BTC refund was requested weeks ago as well.  Doesn't change the plan or signs of progress.

CC's have been completed from what I have read...

Tommy has had a couple "business" days now to start addressing the list that Dave sent over..

That's fine though, keep giving Tom more rope and time..

Had the situation been different and cablepair's communication not been impaired by alcohol/hacked/whatever I would feel comfortable sitting and waiting.

I'm confused, given the current circumstances, why you would have confidence in cablepair's intent to issue refunds in BTC.

(<unrelated>, did it arrive yet. did it arrive yet?!)
