Any update to original Refund Tracking list? Perhaps with newly announced BTC refunds? Those of us still waiting can perhaps see a pattern? Did the squeeky wheels get the grease? Are the refunds going in order of request? Or in order of original order dates? Or random? Any word from Tom?

Dave (or should I say Tom, dunno), was busy setting up a new (picostocks) scam. They, didn't have time nor money left for us (as they already are giving out dividends for "successful IPO" =D). I suppose they try to do another pyramid scheme. |

Bogart got his refund and is on to Avalon... Perhaps we need a new refund tracking thread that can be kept up to date? The few refunds that trickled out got my hopes up, but not for long... |

If you say that then I myst say I just love reading and reading over and over again that everybody gets refund, I also "love" to check my wallet every and each day to see if there has been a refund.. while not getting _any_ information at all of what is really going on. no transparency at all. If you have some info feel free to share otherwise I see nothing to catch on to regain my hope. |

same boat guy, first thing every morning I check my refund address... and seeing zero's is a horrible feeling.
If Tom isnt forced to do anything, he wont. The fact that a couple refunds have been honored, doesn't do a lot for me (...without a statement from Tom, saying this is his plan of action -a couple refunds isnt really shit...) for all i know, the people who received refund drove to NYC, found Tom, and convinced him returning there money was in HIS best interest.
dont give Tom any (false) hope that this problem will go away with time. because it wont.
