Oddly enough, after emailing tom daily for the last i don't know how many days, he finally responded this:

Got the same e-mail, at 1st I thought Tom saw my post and put 1+1 together, well it does not matter. It was nice to get some feedback finally. To comment my previous posts, I have no hard feelings against Tom. I have done several businesses my own, some of them are 10years old and still earning profit, some of them I have been forced to close as they simply didn't came out as expected - that is the nature of doing your own business. After all whole BTC is just a big lottery that has been splitted into small pieces thanks to pool mining. Lottery has big risk. there cant be all winners, who understand todays monetary system, knows that if one end is earning profit, the other end has to loose more. As I have read this forum every day I see a lot of ppl who are strangers to each other but feel like one community, they are mostly driven by emotions - mainly angry emotions. Angry about everything but not themselves. bitcoin is experimental digital currency, experiments can end up sky-high and pitch-black.. oh well... those who know what I'm talking about underestand, those who want to get easy money are now pissed off.. well it's free world and do what you have to do and think what ever you want to think

I just hope Tom hasn't hurt himself or his falmily while fulfilling promised refunds. As I said before I had no hope, that didn't mean I was angry or anything. It's good do get even some of the order value in btc's back Smiley

I am glad you got some feedback. I am still waiting, I requested my refund on the 7th of jan. Reply from dave on the 8th saying I would get it in 24hours.  Still nothing.

What email address were you using to contact tom?

cheers,

steve

I did not forget my refund, nor will I ever. Over 4000$ is worth taking a fucking plane to NYC and knock on some doors for me.
I mailed Tom as well, on several email adresses, no answer received. Everybody got an answer who emailed him?

Team Tommy mugs available in the gift shop...  Roll Eyes

Are you able to say anything else except this bullshit? Are you a troll? Sorry, I didnt want to feed you. You are just annoying. Please dont respond.

I dunno, I think he got it right.  Your constant one line "team tommy" bullshit is getting old really quick.

However I do think that you are providing a useful service - helping people keep their expectations in check. It would be nice if you could think of a few different slogans though, maybe some that are witty... and maybe some that will score well on google...

keep it fresh Smiley

meh - it's the internet.. I could give two shits what others think or feel about my opinions..

everything is recycled around here... so, when I see the tommy support group come on here and declare him as a non-scammer since he is sporadically refunding some BTC now and he never meant to scam anyone..  I'll chime in like everyone else..

I've uploaded the old forum for all to go back and reference his lies and incompetence in case a reminder is needed..

You could upload it in a zip? Would be easier to download if anyone needs it for a legal requirement.

Thanks
