Where are today's refunds? This is a bunch of shit Tom, yes I know you are reading this. Why not release a complete list of refund order numbers - no other information. just a list of what order numbers have been paid and when the others are likely to be paid (no order value amounts, just a simple list). Order number: 4 - Paid Order number: 5 - unpaid - Due 01/03/2013 Order number: 6 - unpaid - Due 08/03/2013
I know you did have the coins, and from my block chain analysis - it seems you still have them. Just sort it out. Your bullshit is wearing thin. all this 'i just got my account back' bollocks, why not post on /your/ (now deleted) forum? Why you are paying back by order number and not by date refund requested is beyond me - and it says a lot about your character (or lack of). We know Dave put this information together for you. and fyi I requested a refund 2 days before the shit hit the fan. (and it was not based on your ineptitude, tosspot.) [snipped anger and vitriol]

If there is a refund at all it is not by order number. My order number is lower than some of the reported order numbers in this thread and I did not receive a refund.

Is there any evidence at all that this guy is paying back as he says he is? I'm currently strapped for cash and could really do with the BTC refund I'm owed... Order #1896

Most here seem pretty convinced by this "unit was priced in USD therefore refunds are USD equiv" line of "logic". So Tom can do just what you said, and keep his "legitimacy" amongst the community. Never mind that Tom never actually converted the BTC to USD but is still holding it, and is profiting from our money due to this scam. Oh right, it wasn't a scam, Tom tried hard and had bad luck is all. Sheesh. Cablepair, you still owe me 52.758 BTC which you can send to 1CVmb947c2kGmQcQTjJFWAxMGRmEuLnnfW. Either way, sooner or later, I will get it back even if I have to personally visit you and collect it myself. Trust me, I won't drop it. Until you pay me back and everyone else, you are nothing but a scammer and a thief. You and all the morons defending your theft and the lame USD equivalent excuse are a what's wrong with bitcoin.

As someone already pointed out - he's trying to wait it out. Let's be honest; he's been stalling since September. With bullshit updates, timelines etc. Maybe Tom's defenders have you fooled with all their forum cred - cred which is obviously worthless, if they're gonna use it up defending scammers like Tom.
I know I ordered with Tom mostly due to all the "credibility" he had on the forums. Now I realize I was wrong, my trust as well as the trust of the bitcoin community in general was obviously mis-placed! Live and learn. I hope you didn't lose more than you could afford to lose.
Asking for your money back, then waiting and hoping he sends it back out of the goodness of his heart, hasn't worked.

I was second (seriously) to order the bASIC. Still no refund, no replies date of order was 4th of September, paid by BTC I'd really like my BTC back, thanks! The most you can expect back is about 1/4 of your btc, but rest assured knowing Tom will keep the other 3/4 due to the exchange rate, and better still, people will side with Tom and explain to you why you only deserve part of your btc back. So given this, why should Tom pay people back while the price continues to rise. I obviously don't believe he sold any btc, or that his account was hacked, or anything else that liar has said actually. At some point all the lies amount to Tom's word being worthless. I think the "asian benefactors" post might have been that moment..
