Where can we read that tells about the chance of Ripple winning the battle against the SEC.. I'd love to read that as I'm in doubt on investing in Ripple now.

Indeed, I think there is hardly any chance of fixing Ripple's mistakes and there's a chance of winning against the decisive move by the SEC.  They have concrete evidence against XRP, which is a very tough deterrent based on their support.  They will not end up ambiguously or fairly.  The current price level that XRP is maintaining is probably the one with the lowest withdrawal / remittance fees.  Because, XRP is a reaction in the Gas trend that is causing the most difficult and troublesome symptoms.  XRP is out of the bright area during this bull run.

That's a sudden Drop , I thought it will at least climb to 50 cents but I am failed again because the Highest reached is 48 cents and not fell down to 44 again.

It looks like another dump coming from XRP these days.

There has been a continuous pump and dump since the SEC started legal proceedings against Ripple but we do not know when this mess will be sorted out. XRP still can be a permanent top 5 crypto if they settle with the SEC out of Court but it seems this Court litigation might be going on for years.

so are you referring for Short term Investing when you posted those? i mean this is only for this pump because i know that this will not stay hyping and instead the value will Fell down again like what happen last month and the other month before that.
Meaning the composition of the price is Pumping and dumping in a month time.

That's the best thing to do if they admit they have violated the rules, but based on your opinion, do you think its possible for a settlement? They will just pay for the monetary penalty, or the case is really serious?

If you bought  XRP over $ 1, it's still hold it today. and you can still sleep soundly and enjoy a holiday without a burden. you've won the market psychologically. because there will always be opportunities.
