XRP cryptocurrency, has just enjoyed a ‘quarter for the ages’ which saw its value shoot up from the price of $0.20 at the beginning of December 2017 to a high of $2.19 just before New Year.
Ripple has also announced partnerships with IDT Corporation and MercuryFX, which both handle money payments on a global scale and will now use XRP to carry out transactions at high speeds.
XRP also became available across more than 50 exchanges globally which ‘was likely a driver of growth’.
At the time of writing, Ripple is worth about $1.32.. Smiley

Most likely, after this correction, Ripple will again grow. It's time to buy a couple of thousand more coins. A lot of changes and positive news happened since the beginning of December, Bitcoin is to blame for the fact that we did not see ToTheMoon

Now if i was blown away a few months ago, I think what the FI will think when they see the demo today. I got a feeling they will show instant transactions amongst a few banks worldwide and how quickly the distributed ledger updates all the relevant info..this will be revolutionary in the FI industry. It reached the point where there just weren't slots for all the demos or time to do the releases. And it wouldn't have given people time to track us down to discuss new partnerships and so on if those announcements motivated them to talk to us

That was totally my fault. I was really excited about we had coming and really couldn't resist sharing my enthusiasm. I'd say I'll be more careful in the future, but I think that would be kind of a sad thing. Know that I will always try to be completely honest and say only what I genuinely believe but that sometimes things will change and that is beyond my control. You know it's annoying and absurd to call anyone who speaks against XRP/Riple a troll or a noob even if if it's a well put or researched argument

I think you have blind faith in xrp, you should accept the fact the price of xrp will not increase again. Many people are abandoning and selling it as quickly as possible, many traders expect the price of xrp will return to 2500-3000sts / xrp in the next few months. You should think carefully and make the right decision before it's too late. Maybe they could end up with at least 50% of the supply between public trading and private purchases directly from Ripple

HI USELESS BUTTCOIN

hmm I think BTC is the pioneer coin based on decentralization.  XRP is centralized and attempting to be a replacement for fiat.  Both are useful in their own right, but I hope XRP becomes more widely adopted.  I see BTC more of a storage vehicle for long-term wealth.

Some predictions to ripple short term (february and march)?
I believe 2 dollars until end february and 2, 50 end of march.
Somebody has other predictions?
For me, I still believe that its very strong with strong partners and its impossible that be low than 2 dollars.

Being a change agent for banking is unforgiving work.  Luckily for us, Ripple is more than up to the task.

In my review of the Quarter 4, 2017 XRP Markets Report, I review the effect of recent negative publicity, as well as remind XRP investors about some key considerations that they should remember when seeing resistance to the change that Ripple - and XRP - represents.

And of course, we will look at Miguel's quarterly XRP report to see some surprising numbers for Ripple.  Spoiler alert: Ripple made as much money in one quarter than they did for an entire year.  I'm not giving it all away, however, so you'll have to read my blog to find out more.

I hope you enjoy the read!

Thanks,
-Hodor

Hello! Where do you usually keep ripple? exchanges even safe? Undecided

It depends on how you are trading. YOu shouldn't really keep anything on a nye xchange for longer than a few days, especially if it's a large sum of money. Transfer it to something like a hard wallet (ledger S) or cold storage to be safe. Also always use 2FA two step security when you are using exchanges such as Binance for extra safety.

Thank you for the information.)  Wink

I don't know what will happen on the market but the technique is quite interesting but be careful dangerous markets. Important news from team or new adoption.Ripple on almost exchange people too easy to buy it. What a day for the ripple holders who are holding it for a long time because suddenly the price jumps from 0.25$ to 1.25$ in short period

Dude. where were you when the price hit $3?

Last year the was the best year to have bought ripples, it should have been the best investment by the holders who got their stash from the time the time was just $0.25.  Its got to grow this year more than $4 when more banks are going to adopt XRP. The fee isn't too big compare to bitcoin is right now which must be what they want too.

it's possible to get back at the price of 0.5$ soon .
Waiting for this price we must be patient and if you have xrp, Just sell it now and then wait to buy it back .
