I think the value of ripple will never hit that one but I don't say that there is no potential of it because I know how populaw now a Ripple just like an Ethereum. |

I think the value of ripple will never hit that one but I don't say that there is no potential of it because I know how populaw now a Ripple just like an Ethereum. Lately Ethereum is popular for all the wrong reasons though!  And... did you read all the posts of this thread? How did you find and quote a post from April?  And I don't agree with his analysis... with a quick look I found some "holes" in his technical analysis and fundamentally, 12 months are not enough for such a big move. Maybe after 4 or 5 years, when XRP will be more widely used and an important amount of coins will have been burned through many daily transactions, driving the supply lower, then we can talk about 6$ and over. |

I like what they're doing... but I just can't like this specific guy... cut your hair, shave your face, stop stupid poses for photographs! I was thinking the exact same thing. Then i thought I bet he gets that a lot.......... and his response is probably to think about his millions and just shrug it off. it looks like he's the scientist at area 51 in Independence Day haha. (trying too hard to look eccentric, but comes off as scrubby looking) |

But my question to you is with the current bearish trend it follows, is there any thing in the coming months that can trigger a hype? With the current price i am happy if it could reach 1.50 USD. The good thing with projects like XRP, ARK, BitShares and a few others is that they don't need hype. As long as there is an actual product with use cases and customers, the hype is unnecessary. It'll help boost the prices higher and faster, but we don't need to count on hype in order to make a profit by screwing people who will buy high. |

It amazes how people react to "news" about project updates that are promised and known loooooong loooong ago.
That means either of two things,
1) People didn't believe that Ripple would deliver their promises
2) People needed a bit of reminder that XRP is one of the best possible investments if you take into account the risk/reward ratio

The users spreading fud about XRP was stronger which is why they never believe it. Besides waiting isn't their way of making money and so they dumped their XRP at the price of $0.60 while they bought them for $3, kinda of dumb but that's just it. You can't just tell them to wait because we're all just out of patience here. |

It's so good speculative coin that some people are talking about XRP being number 1 of the cryptocurrencies and that prices will be $500! Definitely if this happens, the world will be inside out and basically will kill the BTC! There are future XRP distribution programs for people and of course, people like inflation coins and still for free. It's a funny situation. |
